- Simple carrot-zucchini bread

Thank you for watching our video and subscribing to us. This will help our channel a lot ❗️❤️
You need the following ingredients:
500 g spelled flour
1/2 cube of yeast
100 g oat flakes
1 tsp salt
300 ml lukewarm water
150 g carrots
100g zucchini
(Unpaid advertising)
Place flour, oat flakes and salt in a bowl and mix. Crush the yeast and mix with 300 ml lukewarm water. Let the yeast stand for about 15 minutes. Then add the yeast to the bowl and mix all the ingredients for 5-10 minutes. This can be done with both a food processor and a hand mixer.
In the meantime, grate the zucchini and carrot and add them to the bowl.
Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Then put the dough in a suitable form and bake for approx. 50-60 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat.

What a great idea! I never would have thought of that in a million years. In rice, yes. In bread, genius! Super moist too. And spelt has a lower glycemic level so even better. Bravo! 🥰

Ein tolles vitales Brot. Das Rezept gefällt mir sehr gut und es ist vor allem auch mal eine schöne Abwechslung zu dem Standard Brot vom Bäcker. Es sieht auch super knusprig und trotzdem fluffig aus. Dankeschön und weiter so! 🙂
