Hi Bob. I’ve just had porcelain tiles on my patio laid and the tile man didn’t clean the cement and grout of the tiles for a month and I can’t get the marks off Please help so depressed about this as I paid a lot of money for them

Hi, got your cleaning products last year, what would you recommend to remove staining from oak sleepers which have sat on the porcelain slabs, left them on there and didn’t realise they would leach out, thanks
