mags was my favorite character because of her kindness and selflessness to protect others she barely knew. I cried reading the book and watching the movie.
True... I got sad when Mags died. She _was_ old, but she deserved to live longer. Also, fun... okay not really a fun fact... Sad Fact: The reason why Mags volunteered for Annie, is because she knows that she had actually had developed a trauma from her games. Once she had seen a few victims, she quickly isolated herself from the other tributes. Then a dam broke and, because she was from District 4, swam to victory. This explains her mental illness. Only Finnick could keep her sane, but because he's now dead, his son keeps her sanity stable.
@Kevin Barnes This is kinda late but in the books peeta and Katniss trained for this hunger games, so they were stronger than they were in the 74th. furthermore, in the books the amount of food given to them by sponsors, to me was instrumental, they had water from the spile and control of the water area (fish), all while knowing half way into the games (on day 2) that the dangers of the area was contained between wedges of the clock during certain times. so, it is easy to assume that Beutus had little food and little water before fighting Peeta, and had to fight the unknowns of the jungle. To sum up: a smaller but more physical Peeta up against a malnutritious, tired and dehydrated yet bigger, more experienced Brutus. But dw I was shocked too.

I don't remember seeing Peeta killing anyone in the movie, but man... the scene when he gently holds district 6's woman's head, telling her about the beautiful sky above her head while she dies, is beautiful... he offers her a calm, tranquil and human death... something that the Capitol doesn't offer to its districts's citizens.
In the book peeta tell the female morphling about his paints and about the sky but that was actually really sad because in the book it said that with her blood she done the swirls she likes to paint
Peeta’s so tender and compassionate… compare this to the scenes of him committing violence against Katniss after being hijacked. The Capitol really tried to destroy this boy, it’s unforgivable.
I agree. Catching Fire was brilliant but this was something it lacked. It felt like more character depth was much-needed from these characters who all had to go through this once and came out of it alive, and we as the viewers know how hard and traumatizing that is.
i am feeling bad for Wiress. nobody talk about her ! she was nice, cool and funny, and was the girl that helped the group to find that the arena was a clock.

I find all of their deaths sad because they won their games but have to go back. They probably settled down and had families knowing that everything is going to be ok. Then just to get back at Katniss, president snow put all these tributes back in the arena. It almost makes me wanna cry😭❤️
I feel like Enobaria could have had a bigger role in the movies. Like her character is pretty unique and she technically lived through the whole series. It seems kinda silly to keep a person who is generally seen as a villian (cuz she's from district 2), alive and at the same status as Johanna and Peeta, and not build it utilize the fact that she is one of the few still alive from the 75th game, and is now working with the new government.

They would joke about what they would do for individual evaluations like sing or dance. I was sad to see that the movie didn’t really show that kind of camaraderie they had in the books
@AKG Vlogs there is a guy (I can't remember his name) who is doing all of the hunger games. It's all from his imagination. that is how I like to think the victors won

I don't know if this counts a spoiler but.... Even though it wasn’t shown or mention in Catching fire(Both book and movie), Peeta explains that he killed Brutus in a fit of rage because he witnessed him killing Chaft, the male tribute from district 11. So he basically in the film he got two kills Quarter Quell, and three overall between the book and the film being Brutus, the District 9 male(who he actually didn't kill in the book) and district 8 female even though he pacifically wasn't shown killing her. (Technically he killed 4 if you count Foxface, who was unintentionally killed by the berries he collected).Sorry if the way I explained it was confusing.

TBH how did Peeta kill Brutus? Can we think for a minute about how a fully grown psychopath got killed by a nineteen-year-old who's never properly fought to kill?
Cristina Fisher it does make sense, in the book peeta made good friends with Chaff during training. So once Peeta saw Brutus kill Chaff rage hit him and he took him out. You also have to keep in mind that Brutus was about 40 - 50 years of age so he was old and not as fast as Peeta.
I dunno about anyone else but I was mainly sad when I read Cecelia died because she had children and I kinda imagined her just trying her best to get back for her children and Seeder because she reminded me of rue and in the book she was so sweet and kind to Katniss ;-;
Actually the district 6 boy tribute his name is Justin he was in the 61st hunger games he had to kill his lover you can find the video on RUclips I was quite disappointed to see he was one of the first to die
I honestly feel bad for all of the tributes. Like Joan said during her interview they already had to deal with the traumatic experience of the arena, but then they get thrown in again. I know that maybe the career tributes may not have much of a problem with it but still, it’s really unfair.
I felt bad for district 1 male and female, even though they did kill people, in the interviews they were acting “upset” but this was because they really didn’t want to go in the games again, unlike some of the other tributes
Am I the only one that feels equally sad about all the tributes? I mean I have favourites, like Mags and Wiress but all of them were forced to be in the games and none of them deserved such brutal deaths 😓
I didn’t find any of the movies as sad as the first because they were all children and I felt terrible because they hardly had any of their life and it was also much more gruesome than the others especially in the bloodbath but, idk maybe it’s just me...
Changing it up so the bloodbath is clear 24th: District 5 Male (hit in the heart with a trident by Finnick) 23rd: Woof (neck snapped by Brutus) 22nd: District 9 Male (stabbed in the chest by Peeta Underwater) 21st: District 9 Female: (Stabbed through the heart by Cashmere) 20th: Seeder (strangled by Gloss) 19th: Cecelia (throat slit by Enobaria) 18th: Male Morphling: (stabbed through the back by Cashmere while trying to run away) 17th: District 10 Female (speared through the head by Brutus)
So half of the tributes died during the bloodbath, and Johanna managed to saved those 2weaklings in physical aspects together with her alone. While finnick, katniss and peeta are on the same team and yet they couldn't saved Mags? Damn Johanna the true hero!!
imagine surviving a horrific bloodbath against massive odds, thinking that it’s finally over, and having to return for the same thing but worse lol

TBH how did Peeta kill Brutus? Can we think for a minute about how a fully grown psychopath got killed by a nineteen-year-old who's never properly fought to kill?
Cristina Fisher it's because Peeta saw Brutus kill Chaff and got filled with rage and killed Brutus to avenge Chaff.
Even so, it doesn't make much sense. Brutus was on a killing spree, he feeds off of death.
You, sir, are very smart. I like your logic. You pay close attention to detail, and seem fabulous enough to agree with.
Cristina Fisher why, thank you (;
0:15 and finnick looking real proud of himself
I cried when Mags died.
I cried also =( poor Mags.
It was really sad when Mags Died I wish she didn't die.
I was crying when rue died in the first one, but I slept through catching fire >.
Daniel.No one give's a fuck.Exept me because I replied to you.....so....yeah.......
Lol...
I dunno about anyone else but I was mainly sad when I read Cecelia died because she had children and I kinda imagined her just trying her best to get back for her children and Seeder because she reminded me of rue and in the book she was so sweet and kind to Katniss ;-;
Ikr
Every time a person dies
Me: “another on bites the dust. Another one bites the dust. Another one gone another one gone another one bites the dust!”
In the book, I was really occupied by Cecilia's death. Katniss thinking about who's gonna feed her three children.
The Districts 9 and 10 always have the unseen deaths and unseen names.
The district 10 male name was Jackson Spidell
@@TheDogBark27that was the actor name lmao 😭
Saddest deaths are maggs and wires D:
SO SADDD :(
Actually It’s “Wiress”.... I Think
Mags's death is the only death that made me scream "NOOOOOO" and sob in the theaters. I have a soft spot for old people
I think Mags was the first female to win the Hunger Games, absolute legend
Spoiler
She wasn’t the first female to win
Yeah she was, in the book it said she won the 11th games
@@notfromthisdamnplanet9952 But Lucy gray won the 10th
Lucy Gray won the 10th but it was a mess.
It's Lucy gray, Mags win 11th hunger games
The thumbnail tho. 👏💀
Got all of us clickin’ 💀
Actually the district 6 boy tribute his name is Justin he was in the 61st hunger games he had to kill his lover you can find the video on RUclips I was quite disappointed to see he was one of the first to die
R.I.P Mag's ;(
Its just Mags not Mag's
James Flameheart
lol it's not the point
Lol
James Flameheart ^____^V
Is it just me or was mags the bravest person from the whole trilogy? She willingly gave her life so that finnick, peeta and katniss could escape
Yeah, but Peeta warning District 13 about the coming attack knowing he’d get tortured even worse or even killed for it was pretty brave
Literally nobody talks about the relationship between Gloss and Cashmere. Sibling goals.
Bro the Tec for the hunger games changed so much in 1 year
were probably holding back the best tech
I honestly feel bad for all of the tributes. Like Joan said during her interview they already had to deal with the traumatic experience of the arena, but then they get thrown in again. I know that maybe the career tributes may not have much of a problem with it but still, it’s really unfair.
Exactly
it makes me want to cry when mags dies
idk why but i really didn't want betee to die and he didn't so
also, the male morphing is indeed, hot
😗
Cashmere and Gloss deserved more screen time. Their deaths were also too quick
I loved mags, from the moment she was on screen. Her sacrifice hurt, in so many ways.
I felt bad for district 1 male and female, even though they did kill people, in the interviews they were acting “upset” but this was because they really didn’t want to go in the games again, unlike some of the other tributes
When mags died this broke my heart :( She was a very nice lady and she I was surprised as she wasn’t with the careers
1:10 As the music gets intense, it showed Mags, that’s when I began crying.
Ngl if Brutus had just ran from Peeta before Katniss destroyed the arena a few minutes later He coulda survived.
Yeah
You know how much it hits me when an old person dies. They are so sweet treasures
I wanted to see more of Enobaria she was the most interesting out of the bunch
I love how the music intensifies when it's mags death, but still it was sad :'(
1:11 am i the only one who bursted in tears when i saw Mags' death and smile while hearing her part of the song?? Her song was too emotional😭😭😭
Last death:
Hunger games
Shot by Katniss Everdeen
It’s amazing how many of them weren’t killed by other tributes.
The female morphling from district 6 and Mags' death hit hard for some reason :( it's really sad
3:24:
ARENA
CAPITOL
by katniss
Gosh this music is intense
I’m not crying.
Your crying
The saddest death of catching fire goes to mags she had a pure heart and never harmed a soul
Cecelia was a mom of THREE CHILDREN IT EXPLODED MAH HEART SOoOoOOOOoOOOOO maUuauauUUUUuuauauUuauauauach
Mags death was fucking devastating...
I am.. shaking.. this is one of the best Hunger Games videos I have EVER seen. THIS WAS MADE SO AWESOME AND REALISTIC AND EPIC!
omg I cried like crazy when mags died omg
God mags death was the worst. After I watched it I sat in my room crying the whole night
I still haven't moved on on foxface, the female morphling and wirres death😀
the hunger games theme music is legendary i feel like i'm on a roller coaster at disneyland
i love this song
Am I the only one that feels equally sad about all the tributes? I mean I have favourites, like Mags and Wiress but all of them were forced to be in the games and none of them deserved such brutal deaths 😓
Mags is the bravest female
ehem katniss??
I... love.. this movie, saw it last night.
dvd?
yea I saw the blueray one last night
watchin pride patties
I KID YOU NOT I had this song in my head like, "y'know what would be the perfect background piece for this..." when I opened this video
Female morphling is good at hiding when she came out of the bush wow never expect that, she save Peeta live even she never know how to fight
Gloss's death was so majestic
I didn’t find any of the movies as sad as the first because they were all children and I felt terrible because they hardly had any of their life and it was also much more gruesome than the others especially in the bloodbath but, idk maybe it’s just me...
Wanted to cry when Wiress and Mags died in the book :(
I myself made the mistake of reading all 3 books before watching the movies so I knew what would happen in the movies
Changing it up so the bloodbath is clear
24th: District 5 Male (hit in the heart with a trident by Finnick)
23rd: Woof (neck snapped by Brutus)
22nd: District 9 Male (stabbed in the chest by Peeta Underwater)
21st: District 9 Female: (Stabbed through the heart by Cashmere)
20th: Seeder (strangled by Gloss)
19th: Cecelia (throat slit by Enobaria)
18th: Male Morphling: (stabbed through the back by Cashmere while trying to run away)
17th: District 10 Female (speared through the head by Brutus)
Song is Two Steps From Hell: Heart Of Courage
Yassss
So half of the tributes died during the bloodbath, and Johanna managed to saved those 2weaklings in physical aspects together with her alone. While finnick, katniss and peeta are on the same team and yet they couldn't saved Mags? Damn Johanna the true hero!!
Their weak in combat but remember they have killed 6 tribute at once
@@erichaj7692 no that was only Beetee who killed 6 tributes at once, and Johanna failed to save Blight
Technically Peeta died after hitting the forcefield, and then finnick game him CPR and revived him.
Tributes Victor Year in Order. Mags, 11th, Woof Casino 16th, Seeder Prime 33rd. Bettie Latier 39th. Ah yes christian blanco names i hate that he used the actors name like come up with an actual name lmao
@@Cheez_Doodlezz not his fault they aren’t supplied by anyone
It's crazy to think that all of these people won the entire games and some went out in just a couple of minutes.
The tick tock is stuck in my head now ;n; plz help
Tick tock! tick tock!!! tick tock!
Kanon Nakagawa Tick tock
