It’s still mind boggling how there’s basically no reason to do heat actions on legend difficulty unless you’re finishing off an enemy, trying to set up a certain combo or squeezing their healthbar to get them into next phase.
Pretty sure when my brother played this level Kazuki and Yuya were just playing together with their synchronized evading (and not doing anything to help Kiryu at all)

This is because (for some reason) allies in this game can’t hurt or kill boss enemies.
