Birmingham Assay Office’s Gem Lab | The Anchor Cert

The Birmingham Assay Office has been serving the jewellery industry since 1778 and are one of only four hallmarking centres in the UK. Their services include the testing, valuation and hallmarking of jewellery made from precious metals (like gold, silver and platinum) and more recently this has included the assessment and certification of diamonds, gemstones and pearls too.
We've been commissioned to make a video to help promote the Assay Office’s Gem Lab facilitates and demonstrate the state-of-the-art equipment that they use.
