Wendy and Bill Montebello has been on over 40 cruises in the last 15 years-Princess, Carnival, NCL, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Disney. The Montebello family are season passholders at Disneyland and belong to the Disney Vacation Club at Sarratoga Springs at Walt Disney World. They even got married onboard the Carnival Spirit-she and her husband Bill were married on their 10th cruise together! Now they are both travel agents.

They will always have times on the app. They are normally open during the day and sea days they don’t close to sunset.
Going on the Panorama on January 11th. Looking forward to meeting her. Have been on the Splendor 3 times and as nice as she is she is a little outdated.

I cant agree more! Nothing is worse then toying to figure it out onboard. In fact for 2020 i no longer send printed documents to my clients I give a lesson because I feel its that important.
Very nice video, but it would have been nice to have more audible descriptions of the areas you visited thanks for doing the video I wish someone specifically travel agent to go on the cruise or get a free preview would do show disabled cabins accessible cabins fully accessible cabins more than just your standard balcony or interior or Oceanview state room thanks
I have video footage of one and will be adding in next video. I plan to break down the video and talk. We only get access to certain rooms. I was speaking to a very high up from another cruise line telling them to make individual cabin videos. I said stop with the lifestyle video.
Thank you very much for that, I feel we need more individual cabin videos to give the guest some idea what to expect and they decide to book a cruise in the first place. It’s nice to sell the ship I have no problem with that but also sell the cabin and cabin experience as well and amenities
Hello, what are the restaurants that are included? Is the Havana bar only available for the Havana cabins?
The Main Dinning and Buffet are always included both were beautiful. Guys Burger Joint and Bluelguana Cantina is also free on the pool deck. I love the breakfast burritos. Pizza of course is free! However, we always budget speciality. Havana Bar is open to the public just not the outside area in the day time.
Havana bar is only for Havana guest. So many bars to try.

This video made me dizzy. You need to walk with the camera and not move it back and forth. Sorry but I couldn't concentrate on what I was looking at without getting dizzy.
