Just have to make sure you are only taking out low fitness old animals, that way the high fitness animals can mature and give you a chance of a 5* just takes time and knowing what to pass on.
My very first harvest on the new map was three-star early stage mature Roe deer, with 98.47% fitness. RIP

I do, I would have liked to see some variations to the animals instead of a copy and paste but it is a good map.
