Dude. He is easy. Charge attacks its what helped me. I maxed out critical chance, critical damage, and max out defense in both medicine and sparks. edit: I also use Cloud Step a lot and I used the same specs with Duskhorn I killed him on the first try but barely. I lost Dao Mi boss though
