I am very depressed right now. It has to do with my personal life, but mostly with work. My job is seasonal and the workload is so high right now that I feel very anxious and physically tired. Every morning I get up a couple of hours earlier, spread my robe on the bathroom floor, turn on the water in the shower and lie down on the floor, trying to calm down and mentally prepare for the day. My cat comes to me, lies down next to me and we listen to the water. Right now I am lying on that very bathroom floor. And I feel very bad, I feel like I can no longer calm down in this way. I went to the comments to read that everything is fine, I am not the only one. But I am very lonely.
