- I this video, I have put the mic onto the wall where the water pipes is located inside for capturing that deeper hissing sound when water flows through.
This is the exact sound I listened to when I was a kid, and had my room next to the bathroom and where to my parents where taking a shower/using water on the other side of the wall. Takes me back :)
Use this for falling to sleep, for studying, working or unwinding. Remember that you need to relax, in this busy world we are living in.

As a kid I had trouble sleeping but my dad got up early in the morning to take a shower for work. Their shower was down stairs so that sound was great because I didn’t hear him in the shower but the shower sound and this sounds so much like it. Very relaxing and nostalgic . And for some reason he took long 30-40 min showers which would allow me to finally go to sleep. You definitely nailed this one. There was another one I was using but it was only a min long and I try to loop it but it always has that pause before the loop. So this is perfect!

Perfect sound, just the water pipe without the splashing sound. Reminds me of my childhood when my dad wound take a shower and this sound would come through the wall when I was already in bed. It’s such a soothing sound. Thank you!

Dang you really nailed this one. I know it's hard to get a good quality sound through a wall. Like so many other people I get this warm cozy feeling when listening to this, drifting off to memories of mom getting up for work and running the shower. It was always comforting knowing that she was nearby and that I had another hour to sleep before school.

The last time I heard this sound was more than 20 years ago.
I was still little, my father got up to go to work and always took a shower in the morning.
I remember that it was winter, the radiators had just started and when I heard this sound I fell asleep again like before; the coolest thing?
My room was opposite the bathroom so I could enjoy great sound.
Now that I'm 30 and living alone, I really realized how I could be happy with less.

This reminds me so much of the old days! When I was at a winter camp in the mountains! Every time I went to sleep I heard this sound of warm, almost boiling water in the pipes and thanks to that I was able to fall asleep in another place 😅 I need it now because I can't sleep due to stress and it helps!

I have a very faint but terribly annoying tinnitus from my work as sound engineer in my right ear that sounds almost like this, just a little higher, but playing this very lightly makes my brain forget about the tinnitus for a while. Also I can use this to show others what its like. Thanks🤟
Hey man, thank you for sharing this info with me 🙏 I have also done (and still do) lots of DJ'ing, and have had weeks with intense tinnitus in one ear also, so I know how frustrating and consuming it is - really feel for the ones having it. Why does the sound kick out at certain times for?? like it drops in volume abruptly then it gets little louder than fades again was this done on purpose? It kinda makes it hard to listen to so that u can get in the proper sleep state
Hey. I recorded this in my basement at an old house I had, and it had a pump that fetched water from a well 100m/330feet down. Every now and then the pressure dropped. I tried to cut that out and loop it as stable as possible, but you caught me there. So no, not intentionally. Sorry 🙏
Could you make a copy where we can hear the pump and the pipes, because when we were little we had such a house and my room was in the basement and these are the sounds that I heard and impossible to find. 20 years without this melody...@@SoundMedication
