He's a million cheaper than Timo a season and a better scorer. Timo GP- 541 Points-382 so .70 PPG. Bratt GP-471 Points- 359 so .76 PPG. AND even though he's smaller, Bratt isn't injured as much. You're crazy hating on Bratter. He's one of our more consistent players
i see potential cup team but they just need to mature specially jack and luke they turned over puck so much that lead to bad goals cause they were overpassing.
This team lacks grit, heart and testicularity. Getting a better goalie is not going to make a difference. The team needs to add two forwards with size, energy and speed, 2 defensemen that take the body and block shots, and a coach that demands structure and accountability. Luke needs to put on weight and muscle.
Devils have a good core for years to come. believe they were win during the window so long as they don't take time for granted. Play every season like it's their last. Play every game like it's their last.

That is next level general managing. I don't want to see that bum Dawson Mercer in a Devils uniform ever again. Same for bAHL. Same for Siegenthlaer. Get rid of them! Jake Allen is just as bad as all the other goalies we already had. No surprise there. Clean house! Start over! I want as many of these guys out the door as possible.
Palat is nothing but a passenger. He won’t the cup already with Tampa and got his contract. No motivation at all for him. No idea why they signed this guy.
Getting spanked by the Islanders tonight in the last game of the year to cap off a pretty terrible season while hearing “yes yes yes” chants on the way out of the building was embarrassing. I really don’t want to go back to the dark times. This team needs to finally evolve. I am tired of the excuses that they are young. We’ll be hearing that every year for the next 10 years at this rate…
We’ve been rebuilding for how long now? It’s sickening already. I still can’t believe Fitz hired Lindy and Travis. Both are soft clueless dopes that had no idea how to improve this roster.
Haula, Palat, Holtz, Smith, Nosek need to go immediately. Bahl needs to be 3rd pairing at the most. Horrible bottom 6, soft top 6. Timo isnt worth 8.9 million a year. Luke and Nemec arent great but theyre so young...need time to progress. Jack needs to hit the weight rack. Nico looked good for the most part as did Bratt. The team never clicked. Mercer had a horrid contract year. Marino was a shadow of himself from last season. McLeod situation sucks. Allen is a backup at best, obviously we need a solid starter. We need a proven HC,GC, and Special teams coach. No leadership on the bench. Fitz needs to make atonement for this season.
