An interesting anecdotal fact I can't resist sharing - My mothers Grand parents in Bihar didn't eat Chicken and its products because they considered it Muslim however, they were totally fine with eating Fish and Goat to such an extent that Goat Meat at Holi was ritualistic.
This is interesting Some are surprising and some are shocking. We hear different food concepts and theories from researchers, authors ,religious leaders. Not sure to what extent these are right/wrong. I will definitely like to see the debate from authors of different food theories sharing proofs and papers.
Brilliant series
Really informative conversation. Thanks for this. No much misconceptions around food.
Well now I have a lot to think about!
