    Hair raising talk. Fantastic explanation like no one else ever. We take everything so granted. This is what humanity has truly evolved for, to get better nutrition but we fight for other stuff more than food. Hats off

    Nice talk. If the taste that we get from plants is because of their defence mechanisms against predators, wonder what is the taste of the defence mechanism of the poor chicken in the curry !

      They don't have to fight chemically with you. Their "mobility" /"agility" is their natural defence mechanism

    never ever heard a food recipe starting from "endosymbiotic event" . not only spices and flavours, this recipe has drama, tragedy, comedy and romance.

    So you are saying mediavel India didn't know how to bake 😅
    And Portuguese taught us how
    Your talks are aimed at people laced with science but a lot of agenda for sure

    • @sohamdas
      @sohamdas Год назад +10

      So, YOU are saying Medieval India knew how to bake, like we think of cookies and cakes? (Tandoori doesn't count)
      Your comments are surely laced with false pride, and you seek validation for your culture everywhere.
