Thumbs up man. Really good job youve done. One small detail or good tip for you, do not grind the rusty screws, change them or if its not possible give them little bit of paint. With all that moisture /humidity in your country they will be in the same condition in short time. Also metal plating with copper or zinc is not so difficult in home conditions. The title says it all: "Restoration???" This is not a restoration but a series of decisions that result in a decent quality bike that's back in service and attractive but in its new state bears little resemblance to the original. That's perfectly fine and very much preferable to this bike ending up in a landfill or a recycling yard (pun more or less intended).

Try using lighter layer of the paint and give it more time between them. If you cover the whole bike at once, it gets oversprayed and creat a orange skin effect instead of a smothie surface.
