One thing about moving to new digs is all the stuff you'll find when packing for the move. Then there's all the stuff you can't find once you get there.
No truer words have been spoken than your opening comment. I've been though it myself. I'd been using my parents basement as a storage bin. When they passed, now some 30 years back, and we sold the house, my models came to live with me. They overran my work room storage space and expanded out to the garage and the shed. There were hundreds of them. They're now down to a "reasonable level" but when I look back to that time I ask myself, "How did that happen?" Good luck on your new work room.
I had suspected a house move was afoot, so wishing you, Mrs Max's Models and family the very best in your new home. Looking forward to seeing the new TARBIS!
Having multiple military moves under the belt, we totally understand and feel for you & yours...Consider moving like a "roll-over chock"--It takes a lot of effort, but worth the energy! Model On...
Cool, congratulations! One word of unsolicited advice, if you get help moving, bring the beer out after 😮 you are done. Lol. Good luck on the 777 training. Take care, take care and happy contrails.
Congratulations on the new digs Max! Of course you move the models first. I know when I moved with my folks and we didn't, well, kits and builds went to the great ether. Never to be seen again. All the best with moving, training, and the new FO spot. You'll be great I'm sure! Looking forward to new posts from the new Tarbis! As always God bless you and yours and Honey. Thanks again for everything you do! Model On Sir!
Congrats on the new house. Its nice to be able to do a easy move. When I retired and we moved it was 750 miles! THAT was fun - NOT!!!!! But the models survived.....................................
congratulations on your new quarters. Before you get to far along, should you consider insulating the celing of the new shed as well as the walls. Also, consider sealing the intterior walls at least to help cut down egress of dust. I am glad for youl Maybe you could pull up your 777 as a moving van? No? well a thought.......
Best of luck with the move. I absolutely hate moving, even my last one just four houses up the same street! I think you'll really appreciate the LED lighting. I won't use anything else after trying it just once. 2:00 Whatever that is, it has spray booth written all over it.
Hadn't been watching for a while. Old hobbies were retried but health concerns nixed that. When you were hinting I figured it was you moving. Good luck with your new place and hope your wife is wrong and it goes reasonably smooth
WISH YOU AND MRS.MAX A HAPPY NEW HOUSE DAY.BIGGER AND BETTER DAYS ARE AHEAD FOR YOU ALL THAT I SURE OF .MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND FAMILY . P S YOU MAY WANT TO GET THE HOUSE BLESS,YOU NEVER KNOW. MODEL ON SIR
Hey Max, I'm sure many viewers would be interested: if you're moving into a new space, what considerations do you make towards setting up your workspace for optimum workflow, ergonomics, not-losing-things, etc. Could be worth a vid(s) on your process as you move in.
Max congratulations and best of luck with the new digs hope that everything goes smoothly and you never need to ask the question OH which house is that in? Again best of luck and can't wait to see the first build in the new TARBIS 👍
Huh! What, you moving? I guess this is what happens when a guy misses a few videos. I wonder where you will be when I get done with my other priorities.
Is your new place "Honey approved "? Congrats on your new place Now the fun starts, moving 😫 Finding stuff that you lost eons ago, like your sanity! After 4 yrs of my move ,still haven't found mine.🤪🤪
