My 8 year old son reckons you should use Brick Cross as the entrance for your subway, adding an elevator to transport the passengers to the underground!
The story of the Endurance is amazing! I highly suggest reading it or listening to it while you build at the studio! I got to read it for school and I enjoyed it.
You have accomplished so much on your city! You can always make time for following LEGO instructions, I think your city gets priority over sets. Congrats on starting your subway and deep sea. The city is looking great with your sculpted MILS plates. You have really created an interesting variety of heights throughout the city, great depth! And I do love the look of the Endurance, I will have to order that set.
Hello Bricksie and Mrs B. I am new to Lego, about 2 years ago, began building at the wonderful age of 73! Do the math - I am now 75. Building or collecting Legos is akin to getting a tattoo. You either never buy a Lego set or get a tattoo, you get one and never buy another Lego or get another tattoo, or like you (and a teeny bit like me) you buy one and get one tattoo and then you realize you are sweetly addicted. Will I ever have a city such as yours? No simple reason limited space. Will I invest in having a shelf system build? You bet I will. Does building what I like when I want to continue? You bet once again. I might not send fan mail, especially since the postal service in Canada is on strike, nor do I know where to send the mial (where do I find the send to this address info); I can clearly state I will continue to watch, engage in learning from you and Mrs. B, and fully enjoy all of your videos. A big hello to your family and a kiss for each of the kids from someone who could be their great grandmother.
The Endurance might be one of my favourite sets ever, and I haven’t even laid hands on it. Can’t wait to see your finished result once built! So excited for that set!!! ⛵️
Hear me out, what if you don’t use it as a train station but instead modify it slightly to be the “grand” bus stop where you can get bus passes and call a taxi. You’d be able to put it more places in your city
Hi Bricksie. Absolutely love the awesome new sets! The Endurance is a lovely ship for display, so it will be great to see it with the other icons. I'm so thrilled that you ordered the Stud Gate Train Station. It is such a distinctive set and needs to have pride of place, wherever you decide to put it. Happy family time and building!
Maybe it is possible to build like a pipe/tunnel using blue glass panels for the train and have it go through the water are. Maybe you can construct part of it using rock pieces and make it look even more interesting :-)
I think it would be great to put the brick cross station at the bottom end of the table in between the amusement park and the winter village. It could be the station serving as the minifig entrance to the subway. It could have a staircase or an escalator that goes down to a platform that you build below for access to the trains below. You could build a parking lot next to it and this is the way minifigs travel to the amusement park
Seeing this video of Lego sets made me realize I miss seeing Lego set videos. Actually had no idea about the Endurance boat. Really think city building should be reserved for Mon-Fri 8-4pm and Sat-Sun stay home and do Lego sets but only if time permits. Going to studio 7 days a week, burn out will happen eventually, sometimes I think I see it already creeping into videos. Plus it is good to step away for a few days and come back recharged. Still love the videos and love seeing the city come to life.
Maybe put the name bricks around the return duct to cover that ugly metal surface. Always nice when fans give you mystery things. I also watch alot of your stuff so keep it up ;).
Would you ever use decaled or custom printed bricks in your city? I did recognize you don't have anything custom besides the streetnames pretty much, is there a reason why?
Lego sent me a total of 4 damaged Brick Cross Lego sets and refused to attempt to send me an undamaged one after the first replacement attempt failed. I got a measley 2600 pts for refusing to ask for a full refund. Seems like you got 2 undamaged Brick Cross sets ... not Happy I am but happy to see at least you got 2 mint boxes. My first 2 were sent in a box half the size you received and were smashed together due to their combined height exceeding the shipping box height. The next two arrived in a huge box like yours but were obviously damaged before they ever packed them. I got the short straw. Nevermind my loyalty as a customer...huge number of purchases through the years. I think as an ambassador, you ought to start talking about how absurd the packaging experience is other than a few well protected UCS style sets with the nice carboard spacers.
Hey ! Maybe you could try to put this new train station behind the beach in front of the zoo. I think it could be a great fit considering it has a pretty low height and the rails are at the back

That sounds a good idea

The brick cross station is GOATED!! I am waiting for pieces so I can extending the cafe on the right side and add a subway entrance with two trees.

I hope you get a city as big as bricksies, and i would love to see it. Best of luck!
@@Atlantist_ Thank you so much, what a sweet response to my message.
You are never too old nor too young to start building Lego. Welcome to the club. Enjoy what you build.
@@VelvetPlatz I am indeed!!!! Some day when I go home to heaven someone is going to inherit a great Lego collection!!! LOL
11:30
That would make a great entrance for the subway network
Always Fun Unboxing Them LEGOS 😊
The Alfred Lansing Endurance book is great, if you need an audiobook to listen to while building Lego, cannot more highly recommend.

I'm amazed there are still no leaks about the new modular. THat's the set I'm really waitinf for this year.
take a shot everytime he says poly
Also a retired engineer age 73 love LEGO
Looking forward to Nov 29 Endurance Shackleton
Been to Antarctica and live the history

The new station should be the main one and maybe use the one with the car park in the country side near the rail yard and port?
Hi Bricksie.

This lego haul made me realize that I miss lego unboxing videos
building sets is perfect to do it in home with family
You need to connect that train station to your current similar one, connect them together!!!! For an extended beautiful station.

cant wait to get the Endurance & the Shackleton Lifeboat soon
So looking forward to buying the Endurance 🎉
That’s a sweet boat

The new station would be cool to make a subway entrance.
Love you man I’m watching this whilst working on my much smaller city just bought a bunch of MILS plate parts
Also greetings from two provinces over
I think the Endeavor, as a real and very historic ship, 13:02 should be by the Titanic.
If you can make it fit that station would be good near the zoo
Brick cross would look epic in the downtown area
The city helicopter will go nice with your city Endurance ship and lifeboat awsome minifigs
Glad those arrived before the Canadian postal strike ❤😊
Ships or trains which one should I build? Both are cool but ships are so mystical. Keep up the great content, 440k
By the zoo and beach would work well for the train station
So jealous
Your BrickCross Station came in a bigger box than mine
Well, he did order 2 of them, so that would make sense.
Instead of volleyball, what about doing the beach football scene from Top Gun?
In the first top gun they played beach volleyball. Works either way.
The city could stand to have a passenger train station between the zoo and the beach (major tourist destination).
Can make the brick cross and entrance to the tube line
Maybe put the name bricks around the return duct to cover that ugly metal surface. Always nice when fans give you mystery things. I also watch alot of your stuff so keep it up ;).
Before you build them do some research on the endurance & Shackleton 😂😂
When will the review for the Endurance be out? I am on the fence about buying it
Hey Bricksie, what did you think about that Reavo hit on Nurse?
Hey, I wanted to ask, what’s your favorite Lego movie ??
Would you ever use decaled or custom printed bricks in your city? I did recognize you don't have anything custom besides the streetnames pretty much, is there a reason why?
Where can you buy those minifigure zip baggies? Amazon?

I wonder what ship is next in the Lego sunken ships collection?
Canada Post didn't let you down after all, my friend?
Cool
Let’s go!!
Nice! I want free LEGO!! Haha

Happy O Canada day
But does it float??
Literally just finished watching your yesterday's video after uploading myself! The Bricksie binge watching session continues!
I thought a lego city set. Not a set for the lego city😂
how do you buy ziplock?
Second
Dude, you've never heard of Shackleton? 🤯 Looking forward to your review. The Endurance is surely going to be one of the best sets ever made.

Double Brick Cross Train Station would be awesome 🔥
Suuuiiii I’m 30th

Hey bricksie the unnamed stuff is from from Australia, it was easier to get it sent straight to you. I messaged you on instagram a few weeks ago :-)
