Great video. Don't get me wrong, I also love JetBlue, but Southwest is one low cost carrier that cares. It dominates it's destinations with lots of flights and helps its passengers when they are having difficulty. Allegiant and Spirit often leave the customers with no options and no help. Southwest has a loyal following. For a reason!!
