@Electricnick vshojo never felt like a "company" in a Broadview aspect compare to Nijisani or Covercorp (yes vshojo is smaller but more how handeled things) i felt they more their for group friends to be apart of. Now seems some fallout between them or could be bad contracts hard to say. Fact mainky vshojo hardly recruited anyone in past...1 to 2 years now, himee is on and off again. Kson and nasuna basically their own thing in vshojo branch, and haruka just joined. I can understand that vshojo not pump out orginal characters but also had auditons for people join and well we never saw light day on that. Vshojo always been branded as home for independent vtubers to allowed to do what they want. But when hardly brining in talent not going help brand much
@@ruick78 yeah, I don't really think, necessarily was a real like idol company, because technically, they would be graduating and again they're only letting real VTuber already have enough cloud as it is into the company, (meaning they're already adding VTuber's with cloud from the get go) Hololive is NOT doing that, they don't care, they just add people even without cloud, (to say it in simpler terms, say a smaller indie vtuber were to join the VShojo they would probably get declined, but if they were to join Hololive, they wouldn't care and would probably add them.) so I don't really think VShojo was a qualified company. And plus -Usually- companies like Niji and Holo usually when they graduate, that means the model is the companies and everything, but it's not the case with VShojo, and if normal person ( or indie vTuber) were to join Hololive they would have a new name and a new model. We showed Joe you would just be in normal vtuber the same thing as you were.
I know it's a lot of comparing, but there's some of the most easiest things to compare and how a real company an idol company like Hololive and then the, non idol company VShojo has its BIG differences.

However, what I find even more egregious is the fact that both Fuura Yuri and Kaneko Lumi have started their careers in CyberLive, meaning that they technically demanded ownership of another company's product.
Ownership isn't something you demand, either you have it or you don't

I was actually friends with Uto before i found out that shes a Vtuber, and after that she deleted her discord account and i lost all contact to her, i only know her twitch and twitter, and i couldnt watch her streams a lot, so hearing that she made a goodbye stream really hurts, we will miss u uto!

As someone from outside of the vtuber community, with only basic knowledge of some of the popular ones, it’s astounding to me how tight of a string these companies have on their personalities. I understand that the funds provided can help new people get started with a model etc, and that being a part of a company provides many collaboration opportunities, but I feel like the aggressive standards makes it not worth it in the long run. No freedom to express yourself.
