Looked it up just in case you were bullshitting. It's true. Foxx received Cheetah as a birthday gift and had been practicing his horse-riding with her before filming. The two were such a natural pair that it seemed logical to include Cheetah in the movie.

@OversizedMonkey The script was written then got stolen and shared and Quentin Tarantino got so upset he cancelled the movie and started writing Hateful Eight and that was that.
