You are wrong Drbranicap. Sensei Rob Mita's is correct in naming this variation an application of Yoko-gake. This throw is often seen in conjunction with Sasae-tsurikomi-ashi (Ashi-waza), where you sacrifice yourself to the side making it at yoko-sutemi-waza. Kodokan even specifies this application in their instructional video (watch?v=Wf0rKMS_nLU). Thanks to the uploader for showing a great application of Yoko-gake :)
@Drbranicap Just updated the video's description and maybe that's where the confusion/ contriversy lies. If you still cannot see where this is a "side sacrifice" throw; sorry, but I have to disagree with you on this one. Thanks for your comments/ "opinion" anyway.

I think the diver at the back missed the swimming pool sign in the sports centre and ended up here !
yoko gake ?
sorry to say your version is exactly oposite of the principles of Yoko gake?looks like agresive Sasae tsurikomi. And,wiil ,almost never, work .
