Rockwool and water works for me. When the roots pop out they get moved to a red solo cup with forest blend for a few weeks. Weed grows like a weed, you gotta love it!
My problem with rockwool is that some of my plants are kinda weak and have trouble breaking through, spent a little bit on making a aeroponic system and I don’t have to buy much other than cloning hormones.
Look watch the the weather it isn't hot all the time it needs the breaks some days ... So don't rock your light full on all the time give them a day or two at half every 2 weeks...best tip of all ...try it ...
in onartio, canada you can go to this place where the mohawk tribe has their own territory(not a reservation) and there you can buy bud that can be seen, smelt and touched. in some places they even have a microscope attached to a small screen if you want to look at the trichs... some of the best deals are 60 dollar(cdn) half zs of top shelf dank(every strain you can imagine)....
I went to visit Michigan and got an "O" for 110 bucks! Strawberry guava. Amazing frosty bud and very tasty. I started buying Bloomseedco beans to grow it was so good! I also bought a bunch of other strains. None were very good. But I believe some is the fire if you get the right stuff. DGC rocks!!!!!!

I use Root Riot Cloning Pucks that I get at Build A Soil and soak them in Rootwise Mycrobe Complete solution. Those are great pucks! I use them for my seeds also in my AC infinity clone dome. You just have to kind of mess up the hole, so the seeds don't fall down too far. Roots make it through the covering of the putt quite easily. The topic came up at a good time for me too! I plan to take clones tomorrow.
Fresno and clovis has been pretty laxed on plants. I had the cops come to my house looking for the neighbor. Smh., anyways when they seen my plants they were chill. Suggested I kept it lower than the fence line and to keep it out of sight. That they only respond to grows when neighbors start complaining about it. So loud strains and tall sativas, just try to keep those out of the city and more in the county country areas.
So yeah crisper would just soften the tissue ....in tissue culture your using one thing to root and one to make cells in a bio reactor it's really easy stuff...sterile work is the hardest part..but your completely uniform moving forward from 5 cell clusters ...those plantlets are just out of a reactor that dips the solution over the cells...so grafting would be easier...with crisper.....

Athena cuts is the best clone gel I've used. It's super sticky and doesn't turn to liquid a week after opening. Mixed with the clonex solution, I get full, healthy clones. And I don't lose as many. Maybe 1 or 2.
I have a question about terps. What if you took a large outdoor plant and dedicated 1/3 of it just to extracting the terps and reintroduce it to the other materials just to boost its natural flavor. ???

i usualy put my clones under cool white floresent practicly on top of them under 12 hours and when i start to see roots i ramp it up to14 hrs they swing in to veg faster and roots will grow faster aswel
Not a fan of the AC infinity heat mat… that dial is all gas petal no temperature control… things go sideways quickly when ambient room temperature fluctuates and dries out rapidly rooters, I’m actually a fan of the cheap vivo sun with the digital controller with the probe… once you hit set temperature the heat mat cuts off and if temperature drops it cuts back on just lost about 20% of my clones because of this situation 🤷🏽♂️
watching that robot plant those plants as a job put me in mind of garbage pic up its hard honest work that people do but no one says i want to grow up to be a garbage man but thank you to the ones that do
I have tried people's personal a blueberry yum yum a hard fluff this guy had it in a grow box basically like a laboratory he had gloves to where he could reach in and kind of pick stuff off and put it in a box that would just rotate 360 he would run his parts per million of CO2 at 10,000. When you run a CO2 of 10,000 it kills everything he did it organically and he did it hydroponically it was basically aeroponics and he did some deep water culture you know he liked to grow buckets with AI that would tune the solution and he told me that when you run a higher CO2 you can actually turn the lights up. Higher instead of one light you could have two lights but you got to be conservative of the heat he had his lights in a sealed off part of the cabinet it was totally select and he had a genetic that he had been cross-pollinating working with for a while it was some of the best that I've had. He basically grilled it for himself and his wife but he would sell some of it not much. He once told me if the money was right I would actually grow more but with the electric and the CO2 it was pretty much personal. he would take a plant from seed get a couple clones make sure it was female and then once he did determine it was a female he was taking veggie for like four or five months and then you know he would weave it like in a basket. It was kind of like using a grow net but different. The plant would be off to the side if it was in soil and he would kind of bend it over you know within 3 4 in of the top of the pot and then he would weave it through like PVC a little homemade grid thing that he made. He said sometimes he couldn't get enough CO2 but what he did was at least once a week it got 10,000 parts per million of CO2 for 2 hours but he definitely did every two hour fresh air exchange. That had 2000 parts per million CO2 it had a CO2 meter in the chamber humidity control AC it stayed perfect. He said a lot of it came down to the cure too like he would have it 60° at 50 to 65 depending on the variety RH and then the longer you could take it and slowly dry it out the better it was but you had to be careful because of mold. And everything had to be filtered the air and he said whenever you would take and cure out buds it's best to do a fresh air exchange every 2 hours just like when he growed it he said it was pretty hard to do. He was into wine and cigars and humidors the guy was pretty smart and he was very open about everything he was doing with me he's like I like you and you know I used to get a little bit off of him he would only let a little bit go he really didn't need the money you know what I'm saying. But he really didn't like messing with people just because you know they had money and people would try to rip them off

I still had an appearance scheduled AFTER we passed legalization. They were still fully prepared to pursue this to the fullest extent. I guess if they were going off what they thought my record was, I'm not surprised, but they were gambling an awful lot on me not keeping the reciepts

You may need to supplement some cal-mag with RO water. Start low and go from there if they need more. 1/2 tsp/gal to 1 tsp/gal.

Been leaving in water for 36 hours for best results, almost every time 95 % root
when growing they say root growth happens at night or lights off so why would 24 hour be better then 18/6 or 20/4 since they do need the dark?

Only use a heat mat if temps get in the 60'sF. No reason to use one above 70F.
