What Joan does with these young people is amazing, as are the arrangements.
Congratulations to the band and especially the arranger, John Watson. The beautiful harmonies in the intro grabbed me at once. All of the new players have risen to the level of older band members producing the sounds we have learned to expect from all the SAJB players who have gone before them.

Bravo on voit les jeunes s'écouter, avec du respect, on les voit bouger sur la musique, sourire ...Bref il y a dans votre façon d'apprendre la musique du PARTAGE de la vie et de façon évidente de la passion .... L'essentielle pour que les émotions existent ...Donc la musique ....Je suis non seulement admiratif de votre travail mais j'adore quand tout le travail sur l'avoir et notamment l'acquisition technique passe par l'être, la vie, le plaisir de l'expérience sensorielle , de l'échange avec les autres ....FAN !.
Estate de Bruno Martino se ha convertido en la actualidad en un estándar del jazz y muchos músicos de jazz lo incluyen en su repertorio. Lo tocaste muy bien, todos estuvieron fantásticos y una extraordinaria Andrea Motis al flügelhorn con su solo. Gracias Joan💪💪💪
I agree, Andrea sounds great on the flugelhorn. I wish she played it more often on her CD's and videos. It' s a softer than the bright trumpet punch in the ears.

Very nice, although I'm not sure what Estate has to do with Brazil -- but the band does give it a bit of a Brazilian vibe, so I guess that's OK. Anyhow, it's a very good arrangement, and great solo by Andrea. (who we don't get to see on the FH that often)
