@@AxxinTheSupernova Hmmmm... Maybe Im missing something here but I've never come across upon any basketball discussions which focus on the size of the players except when it's related to ones who lead their team to the championships (bcos of its rarity). we truly haven't seen a SMALL guard lead a championship franchise since Isiah ...... that is the WHOLE list. and Golden State gave him the keys to the franchise YEARS before the 2015 🏆 ...... ON TOP OF the fact that Steph GREW UP around the league .... and is really the BEST face of the league the NBA could have ever hoped for. and Kobe said BEFORE that 2015 🏆 that he had that killa in him. either you have IT, or you don't. and the current list of those that have IT is WAY SHORT.
It’s funny when people try to slam Steph as weak or soft or just some lucky product of the era. As if the skill set he’s armed with could ever be shut down by any era. Best range in history, best shooter in history, quickest release in history, can do it off the pass or the dribble. Elite handles, elite court vision (if he didn’t play off the ball so much he’d easily average 9+ assists). He’d have flipped the game on its head in any era. The problems he’d present are the same… Cover him from 30 Ft out or get destroyed. Defenses in prior eras had no comfort zone with sending 2 guys or having bigs rotate to 30 ft from the basket. Steph has far more talent and skill than many allstar players from the 80’s or 90’s… I mean he’s at worst a top 12 all time player. He’d have the same impact no matter when he joined the league.
Magic Johnson is the greatest PG of all time! Steph's playing style leans towards that of a shooting guard. He doesn't boast the highest shooting percentage, the most assists, the most wins, defensive prowess, the most championships, the most MVP awards, dunks, steals, blocks, or even control of the offense, as evidenced by his time of possession. What often goes unnoticed is the incredible influence of Steph's fanbase in today's era, rivaling even the historic following of Michael Jordan. It's akin to Drake's devoted fans who refuse to accept any losses in his rap beefs with Common and Pusha T. Some may argue that it's a form of collective delusion. The sole notable achievement Steph has secured (late in his career, given his aging status) is the record for the most three-pointers made. Comparatively, Steph can be likened to Reggie Miller but with superior ball-handling skills, and even Reggie Miller had to contend with guarding Michael Jordan. The question arises: who has Steph truly shut down in terms of defensive matchups? Moreover, the ongoing discourse about Steph being the greatest point guard contrasts with the undeniable fact that Russell Westbrook could be seen as the LeBron James of point guards, despite not having an NBA championship ring to his name.
Hard to argue that lineup. Honorable mentions or personal favorites for me would include: Kevin Johnson, John Stktn, Dennis Johnson, Steve Nash, Kobe (sort of a PG), Tony Parker, Chris Paul.....

i dont care who is the goat or goat PG but ill take steph if i make a team
Steph the GOAT.
Love u magic
👑🖤Magic👑
Steph would destroy other eras they don’t want to admit though. There were like 2 or 3 elite perimeter defenders in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s. Gary Peyton, Scott Pippen, Joe Dumars to name the big names. But we watch Steph torch defenders on a daily. In those eras paint Defense was priority you never seen anybody get picked up full court. Steph would eat
2016 Steph would kill everyone on the perimeter with his speed and quick handles. But 2021 Steph would be more deadly with his bulked up body and mentality
Don't forget about dennis
Johnson. When he played with the Seattle SuperSonics 1978 1979 back to back to the NBA finals against the Washington Bullets in 1978 they lost 1979 they won the NBA Championship.
People misunderstand/underestimate how upbringing affects success in life. It’s not about rich/poor or even privilege. If you raised in a stable home with accountability, it sets you up for life
Top 3 Point Guard of all time. He is not #3.
Curry isnt soft....But KD is a creampuff!!!
Cream cheese
Cupcake
😂
Kd a loser
KD is a creampuff pretending to be a jalapeño pepper.
Rip Hamilton never stopped running.
Iverson was not 6'1, he is more like 5'10/5'11" in actuality. Steph Curry is taller than Chris Paul, but yet nobody ever says Chris Paul is small. lol
Bcos he never won championships my G. Unlike Zeke and Steph, and Jerry West to some extent.
@@judyclarkson5887 Not winning a championship has nothing to do with being called small though. Chris Paul doesnt get called small and he is smaller than Steph is all Im saying. If people actually spoke on Iverson's real height, what he did would be that much more phenominal.
@@AxxinTheSupernova Hmmmm... Maybe Im missing something here but I've never come across upon any basketball discussions which focus on the size of the players except when it's related to ones who lead their team to the championships (bcos of its rarity). Oftentimes teams need a frontcourt star (leader) to get them to the promised land. I've never heard ppl bothered about Steve Nash for example won 2 mvp and then relate it to his size which is small.
@@judyclarkson5887 Did you just watch the video????? That's a discussion where the size of the player was talked about in that way.
I think it’s more because CP3 is built like a wide receiver. Steph has put on muscle as he’s gotten older, but he doesn’t look like a wide receiver.
POV your Shannon: right right right right right right right right right right right right right right right right right right
Jordan, Kobe, Lebron and Steph. The Mt. Rushmore of modern day NBA.
we truly haven't seen a SMALL guard lead a championship franchise since Isiah ...... that is the WHOLE list.
and Golden State gave him the keys to the franchise YEARS before the 2015 🏆 ......
1:MJ
2:Lebron
3:kobe
4:Steph
5:Shaq
Magic definitely above Kobe and bron. Sorry. And Steph above them too.
Magic definitely is easy to listen to
Magic Johnson is the greatest PG of all time!
Steph clears
Best player in the world
did you hear that , Magic put steph in the mount rushmore ! "STOPHATINGONSTEPH"
Let haters be haters pal. Who knows that it might be one thing that keeps Steph going strong in his current age now.
Top 5 PGs imo
Magic
Steph
Oscar
Isiah
Kidd
No Stockton ?
Hard to argue that lineup. Honorable mentions or personal favorites for me would include: Kevin Johnson, John Stktn, Dennis Johnson, Steve Nash, Kobe (sort of a PG), Tony Parker, Chris Paul.....
One of the only people I’ve seen give Kidd his flowers. You know ball
@@azdbuk Kobe is not even close to being a Point Guard. I don't think Kobe EVER passed the ball.
Steph Curry is not a point guard
Hi Shay, I love you.🥰
Allen Iverson is probably the guard I think of that carried a team to the finals
