We need more such videos ❤

Hey Dharmitra, if you are reading this, thank you so much for these videos. I remember watching your Inner Engineering video for the first time. When you said to Sadhguru that, "I want to know who I am, and I can't really get on with my life unless I address this fundamental truth about me", I really got goosebumps. I have been struggling with the same thing for the last six months to the point that there have been days where I would just keep wondering about this. It feels like something has taken over me, and I keep returning back to spiritual books for guidance. Since, you have been on this same expedition, can you clearly tell me what exactly did you realise that quenched this endless search, this relentless pursuit? What exactly is it that my mind and my body craves to know? I will give you a bit of context however. All of this began, because I wanted to be perfect in every sphere of life, and I remember stumbling across Bhagavad Gita and Srila Prabhupada and Sadhguru and Swami Vivekananda. It felt like something has been triggered inside of me, and the more I read the urges became deeper and deeper. But I never really got to any conclusion and the quench never really died.
Namaskaram, I heard that in one of Sadhguru exclusive that, Sadhguru said who is going to be a hath yoga teacher, there is a striction of reading any spiritual books, for some it makes sense to me also coz I listened to osho and other spiritual guru lots, but after focusing on my sadhna, I think doing practice and experiencing it yourself is much important, I am not against any reading, but I want to know what should I do.. should i do practice and read books simultaneously or focus on only sadhna
just wondering how do you manage to keep muscle mass having a yogic lifestyle. i lost my urges to eat along with some weight but inside i am in a bloom after Sambhavi.
I would say add resistance to your training 3 times in a week and yoga daily. Eat different types of nuts, banana, lentils, millets, panner, curd, soy beans, Rajma, fruits..Eat 2-3 big meals within 8 hours, fast for 16 hours. Fast during ekadashi for 24-30 hours. Have a balanced diet.
There are better books, like the Gita, the Yogasutras, so many Upanishadas, the Tao te king. Any of those are deeper, simpler and precise in their teachings.

I will try to address these questions in the next Q & A video.

But I often feel hey don’t give all the answers
Feels like spoon feeding
Books and teachings can only point to the answer. Don’t eat the spoon..lol.
