Wow, Denver looks absolutely wonderful, I feel like visiting just for the food alone as an almost vegan (love good butter too much to be full vegan). Actually vegan butter is quite delicious as well, you’d be surprised with the taste of it, I’m not a full vegan either as I still eat fish, turkey & chicken but I must admit I have more vegan food than any other sort of foods.
