My follow-up on this! I did everything like you said, submitted my invoice with pics of the items like you recommended, and just got approved for DVDs! It took about 5 or 6 hours to get approved from the time I submitted the application. Thanks so much!
Just got ungated in CDs (Music) using this method! I thought the CD I purchased wouldn't work after I realized there was no rank on the Amazon listing, but it worked anyway! Sent the application in around 8pm last night and got Approved at 8:03am today. Thank you so much.

I just got ungated using christian book this method still works! It did require additional information they said since the tracking number wasn't on the invoice I had to send in a picture of the shipping label and a picture of the dvds I received

It's crazy because I have been watching a lot of videos on this and I heard of this a few years back and something told me to get on then but I am very afraid to spend money not know if I'm going to get it back.. a lot of people told me I couldn't do it and who's gonna buy that at this price and just started discouraging me. Long story short, I am homeless and I live out of my truck in florida, it gets extremely extremely extremely hot but I still take hours at a time to research this Amazon FBA stuff. And yesterday at a yard sale I got off really good.. I bought two boxes of DVDs and one box had the whole complete season of friends from the earlier years, every season of The X-Files from the '90s and it's the collector's edition, I have Thomas and the train which is going for 60 or $70 and it's vHS and it's practically new, I have every season of House, Black Addler, I also have every season of Lost, a couple old Harry potter's, Star wars on VHS, a couple cartoons first and second seasons that I've never heard of, and so much more. And I don't even have a account at all, I literally have no idea how I'm going to make this work but I will not stop until I am a success story so for now, they will just sit in my truck lol

Stuff arrived Tuesday afternoon I submitted my application that night with the invoice, copy of the shipping confirmation email and the shipping info and woke up Wednesday morning approved. Did it with CDs I ordered on the same invoice. You have a subscriber forever man.

DVDs is good now. Took a couple of tries and a few adjustments for clarification but did get approval. Now waiting on Music decision and a few other brands I picked up while ordering.

@@BlueKutsu I kept resubmitting, though if I’m being honest I would wait a few days between some of the submissions. Probably 7-8 submissions total. I finally got frustrated though and just replied to their rejection ticket saying that everything they are rejecting me for is in the invoice and they kept the ticket pending for 3-4 days then finally accepted it.

@@TheAngrySpud If I'm not mistaken they are asking for the entire category of DVD's if you intend to sell a large quantity (they're using the number 29). For example, I applied to sell DVD's with the intention to sell however many I could find that make me profit. So in that case, yes, I intend to sell more than 29 DVD's. Hope that helps.

Hello! I can if that's what the community would like to see! Although I was auto ungated in CD's so I cannot truly test a method. Christianbook.com also sells CD's that are listed on Amazon and I would venture to say you can get ungated in that category using the same steps in this video.

I don't mind keeping them or donating them since the cost me 99 cents each and Amazon charges for storing your inventory. @@forwardflips I cropped the photo for the item to fit the screen. Go to catalog, view selling applications, click the series of numbers under DVD category, click close case. Then reapply using the same documents. I just got rejected 4 times and on the 5th I was approved. Keep trying. Thanks!

Hey! When ordering from wholesalers do we use our name or display name on our sellers account. You said everything has to match from sellers account when ordering from wholesalers?!
If you signed up for Amazon as your business name you would need to use that but if you signed up under your name then that's what would need to be on the invoice. Hope that helps!

I just tried this for the music category and it didn't work. I know you did the video for DVDs, but I figured, if it worked for that category, why not try music, right? I bought DVDs in the same order and I'm waiting on that decision.
@@JustNotified1 Ok, so here goes the Amazon rabbit hole haha. I was rejected for DVDs but for a different reason than I was for Music. For DVDs, they said I didn't provide an invoice that showed it was fulfilled. Yet, I included pictures of the items, which in and of themselves show it was fulfilled otherwise I would not have them. Maybe if I also send tracking and/or the email that says it was shipped?
@@JustNotified1 DVDs and Music are now ungated! Woo hoo! It all depends on which rep you get. In this instance, I used the same invoice for both categories and got two different rejection reasons. I would recommend at least a couple sales to play it safe. Although, you're able to reply if you should be declined.

When I order I have the items sent to me and I usually leave it to Amazon to add the UPC once I ship it to their facility.

Hey! When ordering from wholesalers do we use our name or display name on our sellers account. You said everything has to match from sellers account when ordering from wholesalers?!
If you signed up for Amazon as your business name you would need to use that but if you signed up under your name then that's what would need to be on the invoice. Hope that helps!

I just tried this for the music category and it didn't work. I know you did the video for DVDs, but I figured, if it worked for that category, why not try music, right? I bought DVDs in the same order and I'm waiting on that decision.

@@JustNotified1 Ok, so here goes the Amazon rabbit hole haha. I was rejected for DVDs but for a different reason than I was for Music. For DVDs, they said I didn't provide an invoice that showed it was fulfilled. Yet, I included pictures of the items, which in and of themselves show it was fulfilled otherwise I would not have them. Maybe if I also send tracking and/or the email that says it was shipped?

@@JustNotified1 DVDs and Music are now ungated! Woo hoo! It all depends on which rep you get. In this instance, I used the same invoice for both categories and got two different rejection reasons. Ok thanks just did this I noticed they also had cds? Could I do them too as long as Amazon has a listing for it? And if so would it ungate me in the music category 100% so I could sell vinyls?

I bought out justice kid store they was going out of business I had got sale receipts but Not a whole sale receipts so I have a lot of product from shoes to clothing. Just learning about fba and being ungated from you. Am I in trouble with 1,000 of dollars in products
