@JamieViasco The Dicers can be used with other software also since they work via MIDI. Any software that supports general MIDI messages can be used. You will find a pre-made mapping for Traktor Scratch on the Novation website, for example.
@jimineedles Yes, there are two user assignable modes that can be assigned to any user assignable controls in Serato Scratch Live. This means that you can fully control the Serato FX using the Dicer since these are assignable.
@djrmusic The best way to contact Tech support directly is via the contact form on the Novation Answerbase, mails to other e-mails may take longer to make their way to our support guys.
@djrmusic Are you plugging in the dicers before you start SSL? If you contact Novation Support via the Answerbase in the support section of our website we will be able to help you get up and running.
@jakethesnakebro if you use the button to trigger a cue point it continues from there.....just like hitting the cue point button normally. Was that what you wanted to know?
That's very sweet. A worthwhile add on. I am looking to get serato soon and unleash years of my digital back ups from original vinyl to the dance floor. What's the cost for the Novation gig? I will get serato first , then this .
@NovationTV I am connecting before even plugging my SL1 box in... then start serato and am having all sorts of problems... I have contacted Novation on the e-mail address on your site - will that be right?
Just got some TTX tables, I'm assuming he's using the putty with the tables? They look almost horizontal flush with the table when it is curved right there. Do you know how JFB had it setup? Maybe I can remove the play button... hmmm
I bought a pair and am having a lot of trouble with them... updated to Scratch Live 2.1 beta as suggested but when plugged in they just keep flashing and I have to unplug and plug back in repeatedly before they work... and even then they aren't mapped - I have to manually map them!!! Can anyone help???

Track is: 'Champion Lover' - By Ed Solo & Deekline
@caddi0214 Only one USB port is required since one dicer connects to the other via a mini jack cable.

Deciding between 2 of these or a Traktor Kontrol X1. Very tough decision but i really like the idea of having it right on the turntable.

@ford50stang You don't need the putty for turntables. They fit right into the turntables 45 whole. That is the best thing about them.
how can i get it so that when the loop roll releases its from where the loop roll sample is instead of where it would be without the roll?

@jakethesnakebro it can, yes.
So is it safe to say that the novation dicer replaces the need to have the tt m57???
Oh another question, if i have some cd players (American audio radius 1000 for example) would the dicers still work with those?
