Other than the added dimming zones how is it better? Also I hope it would be better considering it's like 50% more money. The problem is that last year they made their 95b "flagship" almost no different from the 90b, so this year they fixed that and gave you an actual reason to spend more beyond the one connect box.

Rtings says the native contrast is low. So i guess it's requiring more work from it's mimi-LEDs so it could have more blooming. But otherwise the PQ is much higher.
I don't understand why when it comes to lcd , panel reflection is highlited when the best tv is oled is the most reflective panel tv is considered the best tv . Reviewers shall only focus on the picture quality , that it .
Please recommend a good quality sound bar tv mount that is ideal for dolby atmos upward firing speakers. The samsung sound bar are heavy. Don’t want sagging. But I do want it to have a adjustable depth that the bottom of the TV doesn’t block the upward fire in speakers.
For peoples knowledge, the 43" and 50" QN90 uses VA panels. This is information easily found online if you search it. This is the version that probably should have been used instead of any other size as those use the ADS panel.
@@8johnwilliams88johnwilliam9 Active matrix technology has been around since the beginning of LCDs. VA and IPS were born later, first came TFT and TN. They left them out because it cost a little more, not as much as they claimed. The biggest problem that existed in those days, when the screens were generally 4:3 format, was the errors of dead pixels in the manufacture. After 2010, those errors had been overcome, but they already had technology in hand that they were selling. Companies do not necessarily go for the best, but for what sells best.

Oled is good for darker rooms and not for rooms with many Windows or sun / daylight.
The biggest problem with Samsung and, their TV line is the firmware updates they end up making them worse.
Your totally right. Samsung has done this for years, always nerfing last years TV to make their new TV look better.
I call this scamming the customers,
Yes, because of this I never buy Samsung TV.
Fixed this problem a long time ago. Slap a Chromecast w/ GTV on it. Much better interface and updates.
@mitehristov1701 what brand do you buy? What model?
@@nastyboy2144 Sony, and LG, Panasonic.
Nice review keep up the good work B the installer
Hey, I wanted to know what samsung 85-inch wothin $2000-2500 price range is good for deep blacks. I watch a lot of scary movies
The Samsung qn85b 85" is $2,299 or the stepup qn90b 85" is currently $2,599! The Qn90b is brighter, has deeper blacks, better specular highlights and shadow detail and better antiglare coating!
Rtings says the native contrast is low. So i guess it's requiring more work from it's mimi-LEDs so it could have more blooming.
But otherwise the PQ is much higher.
Does Quick Media switching work with this TV? Can you test with the latest 2022 Apple TV 4K? Thanks! :)
This guy changes his tv more often than I change undies.
For peoples knowledge, the 43" and 50" QN90 uses VA panels. This is information easily found online if you search it. This is the version that probably should have been used instead of any other size as those use the ADS panel.
Crazy to see $4799 a year ago. I just bought this same tv for $1899...
Hi @BTheInstaller
Could you confirm if the QN95C is active matrix?
Brother no TV display on this planet has active matrix organic light emitting diodes but only oled and qdoled etcetera.........
Used primarily in smartphone and laptop displays.
How come here in England were gunna be getting the qn95c with va panel but in America ur getting ips one. Also don’t are releasing the x95l in all sizes but america is only getting 85” version. It’s bizarre
I just discovered your content, great videos 😊
Could you guys do a review on the Samsung 65 QN85C ?
it's the same but a little less bright, just bought one.
Anyone know what happen to Vizio? Haven't heard them making any new tvs or did they dissappear ? While not great tvs their P Series were cool budget tvs.
Sadly Vizio has fallen so far
@@playafly131 competition got stronger which is good. But hey they weren't good maybe they'll fall off or only make smaller models V series
Nice content once again thank you♥🇨🇦
Can you folks tell me what piece of furniture you are sitting your tv's on? I thought
you mentioned Ikea but I can't seem to find it there. Thanks.
It's 2 of the besta frame with some tan doors. You can pick different stuff
@@BTheInstaller Thank you very much and have a great weekend.
I don't think anything ruins picture quality more than reflections. I can't stand it and my eyes will lock onto the reflection instead of the content.
Disappointing - this is definitely not the true successor to the QN90B from 2022. I prefer the VA panel.
I like your new channel format
I want to see this tv woth qn90a and the qn90b for compare all saga
Why do other videos show it has less blooming than last years?
You know what's funny. In my opinion the QN90B has a better stand.
i am look for 55" QN90C, anyone know if the TV can default to HDMI1 when power on . or i have to manual select it after power on? Thanks
Your hdr was on 40 brightness obviously it’s gonna look darker if it’s not on 50 automatically
Sonho de consumo ❤ gosto muito dos seus vídeos
I have a qn90a and love it. Happy not to chase a,b,c.
This TV in 85 inch was $4,800 at Costco!? The 75 inch is selling for $1,800 right now at Costco.
Good gosh that is a big price drop!
Sounds like I'll stick with my QN90a and C1
Guys do u know if the hdr tone mapping works on hdr10 netflix ? Its sucks that samsung dont support dolby vision have lg oled c2 bud the tone mapping on hdr10 works verry good whit hdr10
Outstanding TV
Nice job changing the “core” of your videos a bit! 👍
by chance are ou getting the XR-98X90Lfor review?
Most likely.
Hope there's a update that fixes the qn90b have to have the brightness for hdr content at around 20 as blooms to much :(
The Samsung Slide at work, folks.
Where can I get that TV stand?
Ikea
I have the qn90a 55 inch i love it but its the most expensive tv i ever bought and best buy sent me a used one "open box" even tho i payed for a brand new one. Totally ruined my experience. I had to go thru so much krap to get reimburced from best buy for them doing this to me.
my understanding was the smaller qn90bs had the VA panels though i could be wrong
The one question I have: is the tone mapping issue on LD standard/high fixed? The colors on QN90A and QN90B are oversaturated, the whites are blown up and details are missing because of that. I hope the QN90C has these issues fixed
This is why I'm getting the 85
The design of the QN90B is prettier.
Mine for 1900 85" qn90c was a good deal 😂
Still feels like qn85B just rebranded and add some minor features, the S95C is way different from S95B specifically the built i saw it on BB.
QN85C à maintenant le meme processeur que le QN95B, un upgrade important selon moi.
One connect box can be a downgrade as far as creating a bottleneck for the data stream capabilities.
Brandon: Will you ever address the piss-poor Samsung customer support? Because as an installer, I know you are well aware of it.
The controller sucks. ( We bought the 55 inch model. ) Worthless, frustrating, and cheap. Setup is an ordeal. They seem to be pushing the voice controll. I'll bet they're collecting voice-prints.
Penso che il 90b x luminosita - e hdr sia il top❤
does anyone has problems with it like me going black for a sec randomly i got it connected to pc changed a few cables now and at a begining it was pain set it on hdr from pc going black and stuck etc now it just goes black and comes back whenever i enjoy watching something
