The government needs to be held accountable! They shouldn't be able to toss all the responsibility onto a 3rd party created to enrich a company donating money to polticians...
Between private corrections corporations and the American appetite for vengeance and retribution, it's no wonder the United States has some of the most inhumane prison conditions in the developed world, has an incarceration rate not even dictatorships can match, and the highest recidivism rate on Earth!
When I tell people that we have 25 percent of all the prisoners in the world, people are incapable of understanding the problem. No matter how I explain it, they just refuse to believe that their government and beloved corporate economy would make money on human suffering. They would prefer to believe that all their friends and neighbors are just criminals waiting to be busted.
Well when I see the women who were abused in this video I am left wondering what kind of loser would touch them?? Thats the big question that needs to be answered these ladies are not cute.
A fed up judge means they all knew for sometime women were being assaulted and the government let them continue. Serve and protect means all Americans.

Sovereign immunity, or crown immunity, is a legal doctrine whereby a sovereign person, county, city or state cannot commit a legal wrong and is immune from civil suit or criminal prosecution, strictly speaking in modern texts in its own courts.

Why isn’t he in prison and why isn’t the government taking responsibility for hiring him?
Thank you Kare11.

It's easier and cheaper to have private corrections companies handling all things prison related.
Thanks 🙏 for this wonderful work of investigating and reporting this kind stories that lead to these criminals being arrested and convicted
