Typically you would temper, then stretch the bacon, lay all down domino style on the cutting board. And you can wrap 2 tenderloins with 1 layer of bacon, also it provides a better width for the bacon.
Can I cook this in the oven ? If so how long and what temp? Also do you suggest I glaze it with honey at the end before taking it out the oven? Thank you.

Great question! Yes it will hold together, just make sure to wrap it firm. You can see when it comes off that it is all holding together until I actually bit into it. Hope this helps.

Can't remember the actual weight but note that it is tenderloin NOT loin. Tenderloins are often very similar in size across the board. cook for internal temp instead of by weight.
These are ones that I got sent to me. One is myron mixon and the other is johnboy&billy's. I usually use my own hand crafted rubs but wanted to try these guys out.

Just follow the exact steps for your oven. using a bbq indirect is virtually identical to an oven but you get the added flavour. good luck!
