Dawson Here: I got some time to hit with Jim's Jellybean. I agree with him that for $99 retail and $89 after discount code DDOG_Pickleball at checkout, that this is a STEAL for a great paddle for cheap!! Jellybean plays almost identical to the Vatic Prism series in my opinion just with more sweet spot and touch on the soft game. Like Jim I too also typically add Lead to the top of my wide body paddles and would recommend doing about 4-6 inches of 1 or 2 gram lead on the top of the paddle to open up the power of the paddle. Overall this is a great paddle and could easily recommend this to anyone from beginner to pro's if you are in the market for a wide body paddle.
Better without the Boston hat. Great video.

The layup is CFC. Fiberglass in the middle sandwiched by raw carbon fiber.
They make a 16 and a 14. Dude wtf. Know your stuff if you are going to review it.
At the time when Jim made his review only the 16mm was being offered. They shortly after the creation of this review added the 14mm to the lineup.
