For example instead of saying all this guys do these routines and show their flaws. Say you used to do that and you’ve gotten feedback from top people and you suggest for others to stick with just a front and back post. Instead of all these other guys for understand while saying you used to do it to. Being personable at the top takes you a long long long way…I mean look at Jay and CBum…. Jay wouldn’t ask questions such as do you respect the other competitors or is it arrogance or confidence though? He would never ask CBum that..

I've noticed that these guys have to be very careful when they talk on these podcasts. I know that bodybuilding is an isolated sport with no one around. But, if you get on about how you don't need friends, you get asshole on social media, I think that somehow or another that always gets to the judges and can affect you in a certain way in the long run. It's better to be like Dorian, few words and more real facts.
Like a broken record, how many hundreds of times have you heard athletes from every sport speak the same way he is, “I ain’t here to make friends, I’m gonna be the best” always ends the same way, going off into obscurity.

Im 59 and never had the appetite to train at this level. It appears as cockiness or conceitedness, in my opinion. I won a national title in 87 and dont remember others acting like this. Lastly, wow, their calves are tiny in this competition.
