    食材:150克粘米粉,50克普通面粉,半勺泡打粉,半勺盐,1勺 糖,1 勺 胡椒粉,半勺鸡精粉,3勺食用油,1颗蛋,200毫升水,100g韭菜,250克白虾
    做法:
    1)把150克粘米粉,50克普通面粉,半勺泡打粉,半勺盐,1勺 糖,1 勺 胡椒粉,半勺鸡精粉,3勺食用油,1颗蛋,200毫升水搅拌均匀。
    2)加入切碎的韭菜&一半的白虾
    3)把一锅油和锅铲或勺子一起加热
    4)烧热后的锅铲加入適量面糊后放上小虾
    5)虾饼定型后,把锅铲摇一摇,可以稍微推一推脱模。
    6)炸至两面金黄就可以开吃了😋

    practice:

    4) After heating the spatula, add a proper amount of batter and put on the shrimp
    5) After the shrimp cake is shaped, shake the spatula and push it out of the mold.
    6) Fry until golden on both sides and you can eat it 😋

      是粘米粉rice flour,不是糯米粉Glutinous rice flour(这个是做汤圆那种)

    虾饼看起来很好吃。但是那个咬的声音好像猪在吃食物的声音,影响了视频的效果。😢
