She's literally writing about the divine feminine and prophetic dreams and the law of attraction before anyone really talked about that stuff or had a label for it.
Fantastic! A fantastic human. A fantastic example of Homo Sapiens Sapiens. Whenever you are confronted with a person who is feeling that all humanity is shit, point them to this beautiful life; or one similarly fantastic in their humanity.

Don’t hate me but after two years of research I regret to have to agree that rather than being a free spirit she probably met the criteria of a histrionic, or attention-seeking, personality disorder with parallel narcissistic and borderline traits. She admitted she was not very honest and her relationships not very healthy. Her incestuous relationship with her father was initiated by her as an adult and went on for 3 months.
I completely agree, such a talented lady but the fulfilment she claims to have found is fundamentally a lie or at least a facade… she’s a manifestation of how perverse the Freudian movement actually was at its core… Anais Nin is exactly what Nabakov was writing against in Lolita…both her and Humbert Humbert have different outcomes but same thought pattern in relation to their sexual deviancy justified by self indulgence and “introspectiveness”

A beautiful and inspiring documentary that I enjoyed since the mid-1980's in my hometown Los Angeles.
if anyone wanted to know, the string quartet is playing brahms - 3rd string quartet, 3rd movement

I have to read her !
And she didn't have to emasculate any males in the process.

I was reading her when I was 17-18...it gave such a voice to an experience...she's perfect to herself.
Which books of hers do you recommend?

She was a mess of a human. who is said to have actually had an affair with her own father. pretty twisted.
@@skyjuiceification If you have read the diaries, she actually didn’t. Her brother denied it.
He didn't deny it, he just said he questions the reality of whether it happened.

If I could pick one deceased person to speak to, it would be her.
I would have loved to have met her.
Очень интересная писательница, писавшая откровенные книги на самую интересную для людей тему, о любви.
Well she and Collette both chart an important part of the arc of the rediscovery of the power of the feminine
she was the first vlogger!

First time met , and can stop to watch.
Read her books! She is eternally inspiring...
Self realization exudes from her..

Many people don't know that her parents were Cubans.
