Being a massive united fan, I've always said Ole will bring back our glory days. People can laugh all they want however look how far the squad has come and I can finally watch United matches without falling asleep
The people are mostly OleOuts, and they are the new age fans who are growing up seeing La Liga teams' success whereas they weren't even born or not aware of the dominating days we had, which took time to setup. These fans are toxic and create unnecessary hate on social media for the manager and the team. They support United to look cool, yet they aren't even aware of our rich heritage, based on Sir Matt and Sir Alex's contribution to our history. Sigh!
I am totally in the same boat as you. I'm 36 and growing up watching this team slay league after league and win it all. 1999 made ole my all time fave baby face assasin and his impressive amount of goals coming from the bench late on Pure genius. It would make me very happy to see ole bring the prem trophy home for us. Almost like it's already written in the stars. Football is defo about business and organised before the games take place. Would argue that they still need a world-class holding midfielder. One that is disciplined to defend and distribute the ball. They've had Paul Ince, Roy Keane, Owen Hargreaves (for 1 season), and Michael Carrick. This would allow United to have more attacking players and greater link up further up the field, as well as a solid defense and better transition into attack. It'll be the key difference against low block teams, which United have struggled against. You can see the top successful teams in Europe all have them: Rodrigo/Fernandinho (Man City), Fabinho/Henderson (Liverpool), Kante (Chelsea), Casimero (Real Madrid), Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich), Axel Witsel (Dortmund), and the list goes on.
