Awesome I was in the pool since birth lol . Did swim teams , swam in high school and masters a little after that . Need to get back into it . Great vid and pasta dish . Can you describe the differences in training as a Cal collegiate swimmer vs training for Olympics for your country in general sense? I sincerely hope you are able to make it to Olympics irrelevant of the country you are representing. Can you also describe which country you will be representing as an Olympic swimmer? Thanks.

Recomendación: no uses la misma tabla para cortar todo. Es decir, no cortes pollo en la tabla donde cortas la verdura y limpia el cuchillo siempre después de cortar carne o pescado;)
