Did the same with Beth. In the beginning she was just a drunk and cough cough eye candy (yuck). Then she became the cringe worthy person I wished would have less screen time each week.
John was so full of it and himself Jamie was going to win his election which would have been good for them but john had to have all of everybody's attention
I honestly don’t blame his character for doing what they did. They emotionally and physical abused him and used him for their own gain. John got what he had coming. Beth was an absolutely horrible character as well.
Sending a random guy to serve someone papers like John with everything that he goes through in that show is hilarious and the fact that he has no clue who they are or what they go through or how paranoid that family could be is even more hilarious
100% accurate and valid response. They live an hour from anything and some guy showing up randomly with his hand behind his back, saying that he can only see John Dutton is pretty nerve-racking to say the least.
Not necessarily. It's hard on your body, it can destroy your car from all the stops and turning it on and off day in, day out. Plus, you pay for all the gas and wear and tear. Not to mention being attacked, things thrown at you, being cussed at, lied to, and being treated like you're the bad guy. If you don't find the person on the first attempt, you have to return several more times, sometimes early morning or late evening, until the person is served...all on your dime. The pay isn't great. The risks can be.
I don’t think I’ve ever watched a show that made me hate an actor more. Nothing he did, in fact he played his role perfectly. Just hard to see him being a good guy on anything😂
Yes, it does. If a sub-serve is authorized, it can be given to another person. By tossing it to the son, he did a "drop-serve" & he said that he was served.
@ No, you cannot throw papers on the ground to serve them; this is not considered proper legal service and would likely be deemed invalid in court as it does not meet the necessary requirements of "notice" to the recipient.
I have never watched the show on television Only through youtube clips here and there.. What little bit I have seen, i've never been impressed enough with the clips to want to watch the show..
You can't base a tv series. Off 1 min clips. But I'm sure. Your life isn't all that great. Cause you are so close minded. That you miss out. And so much of life. That you're gonna end up alone.
@eric9309-k2e You have no idea what my life is... And to say that I am close minded, just because I don't see any interest in a television show?? You are prejudging me and you don't even know me... In contrary to what you may think off of one comment... I'm not obtuse at all.
@aprilcraddock169 Yes. I used to watch Dallas once in a while.. And from the youtube clips I've seen...that's what I thought of Probably one reason i never watched any episodes of yellowstone
That’s not how it works, you have to confirm the person receives their notice. Plus, it’s illegal in the US for anyone else besides a postal worker or the owner of the mailbox to open and drop mail in someone’s mail box.
That was 100% the most accruate response to a gun being pointed at you I've ever seen in a movie.
@@JimJamJ4 fun fact they actually just sent a court officer to serve a notice and recorded the reaction… not really but it’d be funny if it were!

Accurate? Nah, I want them to look each other in the eyes and give an obviously written dialogue.
No it's not
The show really did a 180 with Jamie’s character.

Buddy was trying his absolute hardest to get shot
Jamie did play his part but ended playing one of the bad guys in the show...because he saw his actual dad...
Jamie was who his father raised him to be. He used all of his children to serve his own interests, and treated Jamie worst because he was adopted.
That's a real prize showing up huh 😂
He lucky RIP was not there.
Poor guy! All he was doing was serving papers. They should have put that in the script.
There is no proof that he is even an attorney, he gets nothing.
Love Jamie fr
This guy is the type of dude to pull his wallet out quickly so he doesn't waste the officer's time
Good one!
Ugh, he’s a lawyer and couldn’t see that a mile away?!
That dude loved his job too much.
