Zest a lemon
Juice of 2 lemons
300g flour (2.5 cups)
baking powder 15g
Cook for 35-40 minutes at 175C

80ml oil (1/3 cup)
2 tablespoons of milk 30ml
125g yogurt (1/2 cup)
320g flour (2 cups + 2/3 cups)
a tablespoon of baking powder 15g
80g almonds (1/2 cup)
Seed sugar
Cook for 35-40 minutes at 175C

Ingredients: (18cm)
3 eggs
lemon zest
130g sugar (2/3 cup)
80g melted butter (1/3 cup)
150ml kefir (fermented milk) 2/3 cup
240g flour (2 cups)
10g baking powder
2 tablespoons of caramel
chocolate chips
