150g sugar (3/4 cup)
130ml oil (1/2 cup)
120ml water (1/2 cup)
Zest a lemon
Juice of 2 lemons
300g flour (2.5 cups)
baking powder 15g
Cook for 35-40 minutes at 175C

I reduced the sugar by 1/3 and added raisins and a tiny amount of Rum and it tastes much better than the original receipe and its more moist instead of dry rock.
