Thanks for the review, Sonia! I am glad you included the lip gloss going rancid problem! (Btw, do you have any of the lipsticks? I have 2, don’t love them.) The one thing VBB must fix about their kajal liners: they put the name of the shade on the wrong end of the stick, the part that gets sharpened away! I have so many, it’s not always easy to identify which is which by the color strip alone!
I have this issue as well! So annoying. It's the small things that matter. I used to have a lipstick in the shade spice. I wasn't impressed. Didn't show it either. But there is footage of me on my channel using the lipstick.

I really struggled & ended up with a broken tip. Customer service was wonderful. But then I had the same problem with the lip liner. That’s when I realised the problem was my inability to get the lid off straight though I took great care. So is this a known problem or is it just me?
@didntlistendad the kajals are very soft. The question about sharpening them is my most asked question. People talk about accidently breaking the tip. I have even done a few sharpening videos for the kajals. breaking the tip is more common the you know. I have heard of a girl putting her kajals in the fridge so it hardens a bit. I have not tried this myself. But this way they would be easier to sharpen and handle.
I ordered the sample scent kit from watching your earlier videos. As expected, I'm in love with 21:50 Reverie, but I shocked myself by falling for Portofino 97' as well! Good thing I've got a birthday coming up to give me justification to order them. 😆 Thank you for all you do!
I like watching your VB videos because I feel the love you have for these products. I think I'll end up buying the new eye Kajal color (for my dark brown eyes it would be beautiful for a little something). One of my glosses, BIKINI, turned too, I could see it separating through the glass tube. Kind of gross (I loved the shades but not the formula so much, but I am still sad about it too). I used them when I wanted more color than other glosses I have. Aperitivo is so beautiful. And when I recieved the lid lustres, I was not impressed I have to admit. But they are growing on me now. I have Velvet, Tea Rose and Honey perfect for autumn. I wish she could do a boring brown, mid brown, less dark than mink, darker than honey!
Brown and purple lid lustres is what I am hoping for in the future. I had a similar experience with the palettes. I didn't really care for them at first. And the signature palette just crept up on me. Never looked back. I do really love the brand! I found a lot of like-minded people on YT. So building a community around the brand also makes it special to me.

The oldest one was the clear one, and that one expired with the rest of them. The others expired soooo fast it was insane. And so many people have this issue. So maybe it's the luck of the draw? It's a clean beauty brand, so I understand it can happen. It just caught me off guard!
I think the "hard pan" feel is probably normal because that's how my chiffon lid luster is. I have a few others that don't do that but I use chiffon the most by far. Anyway, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! :)
It happens with tea rose as well but not with my velvet shade so you might be right. I like to mention everything coz I don't want anyone to feel disappointed. It's not really hard pan right? But i lack the words to call it anything other than hard pan. Maybe soft pan hahaha
Cocoa is my most used, it's a beautiful matte, deep brown. Cinnamon is more special, chestnut like but more muted. Cinnamon is admittedly my current favorite. Best is to consider your skintone. If you are darker than I am then I would definitely lean Cocoa. I sometimes hear that people with deeper skintones find cinnamon to light in pigment. If you like light makeup looks and you have fair(er) skin than Cinnamon might be beautiful on you. Cinnamon and green eyes would also be amazing. ❤️
Hi Sonia, thank you for the great video 😊 I wonder if you can remove the caps/pumps of cleansers so they can be refilled with cheaper alternatives in the future? And are the bottles glass or plastic? Honestly, I love the packaging and willing to pay one time but I wonder if this is feasible.
The cleanser bottles are plastic and very lightweight. The bottle for the Priming Moisturizer is heavyyyy! I'm guessing aluminum inside. Both are containers you can open for refills. If the packaging is what you enjoy. I will suggest the 50ml Priming Moisturizer. I know she is a splurge. But the plastic ones are not really up to beauty standards imo
I love the contour Stylo I got Marble I use it more as a bronzer . I also love the concealer got med 1 and I will definitely repurchase that. I recently got the primer moisturizer in the reg shade idk how I feel about it yet really I think I might like BB face base better for a primer moisturizer. Love the eyeliners of course and keep adding and been through 2 of the brown ones . I have the first mascara it's ok kinda wet for me I been waiting for it to dry up alittle. I really want to try the blush sticks in playground and mini skirt and the bronzer and I still haven't tried the potted shadow and stick shadows but they are next on my list to purchase. Idk I had the lip balm on my list but I kept hearing it was super stiff and smelled weird . I haven't tried the brow products I'm not that into brows I just throw a brow gel in them but I might get the brow gel at some point . I just got the rare beauty eyebrow gel and that is way to much for me I literally have to wipe most the product off the wand to use it , it's way to much hold for my liking . I think I like the Kosas clear brow gel better I got the Sephora bday present and tried a mini of it . I use to only use gimmi brow but have branched out alittle with brow gel 😂 so yeah I might try the VB but don't know if I want the clear or blond/ toupe shade. great video as always very indepth
Speaking of Brow gels, I've been testing the clear jones road one. That one is way less powerful and maybe also a good option! I've been wearing it for the past week or so. So many great goodies from VBB. I can't wait to shop the sale!

I remember it because I got an email about it after I placed a large order. I wouldn’t buy that mirror compact either, but I have a friend that would absolutely adore it for Christmas. If I can get it on sale, it would make a lovely gift for the person that has everything! Interestingly it doesn’t appear to come with a cover, and it should if you are going to carry it for daily use. Thanks for responding!
I have bought 2 Victoria Beckham Beauty Lip Tints and BOTH applicators fell apart. The tip fell off and got stuck inside of the product. It was unusable for me, impossible to get the product out. I do not recommend. It annoys me, that they use such cheap applicators.
@kyarah that's god awful. I'll make sure to mention it in my next VBB roundup video. It never happened to me. But I think the formula just isn't up to standard. It's sad. But they have the money I think to get it right. Customer shouldn't be punished. Hope you sent an email to the customer service?
@@sonia.butler Yes, I have sent an e-mail to the customer service with pictures. They said, they would listen to my complaint, but offered me only 15% off for my next purchase, because the lip tints were bought more than 6 months ago. Basically they were almost unused, when the applicator tips fell off. Other applicators don`t fit, of course, also they could not offer just new applicators (without the actual product). I will not buy the lip tints again.
The primer isn't doing the same thing for me as the serum. I'd rather get the serum for its potency and grab other illuminating primers. Even if money wasn't a subject, its finish and performance isn't convincing i find.

I myself cannot and will not buy the brand coz it’s just not financially sustainable for me. But I get hybrid AB products can be a unique selling point for some buyers and the AB customer is boujeee ! So I keep them in mind. Also…. That stupid golden primer has my soul…… I hate to admit it

Portofino is also really growing on me coz of the body oil. It's so different! I would like both of them as well but for the sale.... 21.50 reverie!

Any cream can expire but I have had Playground past the expiry date and it still looks, smells and feels amazing

I don't use my mascaras passed year. Many I switched after half a year. So I will say yes. Its a clean formula and it will expire!

Same thing happened to me! Applicator got stuck and came off. I really love the tint but they need to fix that asap!!

The other way around with the packaging! The serum leaks and is complicated.. They HAVE TO PUT THAT SERUM IN A PUMP.
