Concrete roof plastering :-
¶ Clean the surface
¶ Chipping
¶ Transportation of materials
¶ Mix ratio = 1:5 cement:Plasteringsand
¶ add required amount of water 💦
¶ add acrylic compound Dr.Fixit pidiproof LW+, 101 (200 ml for each bag)
¶ Marking Levels
¶ Flattening and smoothing plastering in required level
¶ RCC slabs are applied with cement mortar so that no water stagnates on the roof top after a shower.
RCC slabs at times may leak slightly due to oversight or bad workmanship or a defective batch of concrete. If such is the case try to arrest the leakage by grouting cement slurry at those spots. Applying a coat of cement mortar will tackle the leaks but grouting is preferable.
