If they replace Charlie Vickers I will officially boycott this show.
I'm a newly converted Sauron / Galadriel shipper I guess. (Also...no mention of Celeborn on her part to him just sayin'.)

I really enjoyed the chemistry between these two. Her fading, touching darkness, and him trying to reach her light from the darkness. Both meet in the middle 'grey' area of the balance. Tragically beautiful.
I can't be the only one who hasn't watched the drama but has watched a lot of edits of these two over and over, right? 😅😂

Most folks forget that Galadriel was a leader of the Noldor; her people were guilty of the kinslaying of the Teleri at Aqualonde. The Valar did not allow them back to Valinor until they had suffered and paid for their crimes. Sauron was well aware of this.

@@Spectre2434 One of the problems of the writers is that they don't understand the Elves, who live partly in the physical realm and partly in the spiritual. Think of Frodo seeing Glorfindel as he really is, or how Arwen did this in the first movie. These writers make the Elves too human, especially the Noldor, Galadriel's people. Galadriel would see right through Halbrand if she was written true to Tolkien. But to tell the truth, I think Halbrand/Sauron is the best written, 3d character in ROP.
Is it plausible that Sauron knew Galadriel by name in this point of the 2nd age? How good was Morgoth’s Intel on the elves?
It's hard to imagine she didn't suspect. It's hard to imagine a mortal man could have that effect on an elf her age.
