I am an 8-year depression veteran who didn't believe in myself, because other's would put me down. So I have some room to talk here. I think that bullies/sociopaths are the way they are because of past traumas and negative influences. What would be best for these people would be to get them professional help in an environment where nobody is persecuting them like Jesus on the cross. Because, ya, these types of people are horrible, but the only way to change their attitudes is to help them let go and move past their traumas and negative ideals. They need help just as much as their victims.
