i just had a fun 2 hours ,fitting a new pressure release valve and a new boiler in a delonghi ecp31 21 . intresting looking inside the old boiler ,which had been descaled , well i thought it had been descaled ,it was disgusting inside . i think when descaling ,the valve in the brewhead needs to be removed . to allow the scale to escape properly . i suspect i will need to replace the frother valve as well .
This looks really good for the price, the only thing missing is a bellow to take all the coffee out
Imagine how ridiculously messy that would be in this context LOL
A bellows would ne nice, but I think it might be a little awkward on the wide bean hopper...
Where did you find that gorgeous 3D printed dosing funnel? I haven't gotten anything yet for my Bambino plus and it's always a struggle trying to keep all the coffee in the portafilter as I'm still using the original Niche cup. I cut the top out of a bottle to make a basic funnel while I'm shopping but it's really hard to keep it on and having to make the hole smaller than the portafilter always leaves a Gap around the outside that I have to level in... And this is so beautiful if they made a Breville version!
Well I found the funnel on thingiverse, and printed it at my local library. But there must be a model for Breville, too. Otherwise, there are many aftermarket funnels available on Amazon and Etsy if you have a look. Cheers!

Tell me, please, do you have delongs with tuning or default and presses 12 bar?
I run at default. You can get 9 bar though if you do a good puck prep. 12 bar is just the max pump pressure.
I am among the people who thought you lived in Germany, but again door knobs and electric outlets are different. Seeing you film in stores also makes me think Germany, as a lot of the brands are the same when I go across the border to Flensburg. Do you travel with the large wooden table across the Atlantic?

Well, I will have to use this one for a bit and get a more thorough impression, but I quite like it as a first impression. The grinds look great, and the ergonomics is better than I'd expected.

Hi Tom. You've helped me so many times, so let me help you with a video I found when I got mine a while back. You must spin the adjuster for the full range, 1 to 11 after you change the inner ring. Here' 's a video from RUclips to explain. This works GREAT!
