1 Ton Arbor Press Handle Hack

- I received a message last night about 2am lol. About how to turn a breaker bar into a handle for a arbor press. I took the 1/2 in breaker bar that I already had. I cut the head off using a hacksaw and a blade with 24TPI. I cut it as close the the head where the bar was still strait and not flaring. You want to round off the sharp edges with a file or a sander.

It’s a 1/2 inch breaker bar. Longer is sometimes better. The 18” works well
Hi Jeremy! I just purchased a one-ton arbor press here in Canada, because the Harbour Freight one doesn't ship anymore, anywhere. Yesterday, I attached the bender tool I purchased from Flatwearable, where you got yours. I'm very excited to get using all of this! I'm wondering if you have a suggestion for me. When I inserted the handle and locked it in, it keeps loosening. I see in this video that, when you lock in your bar, it doesn't move. Any suggestions?
That’s great you’re going to have a lot of fun with it! I have taken a pair off pliers to mine before. But be careful not too break the tab. You also can rough up the end so that it has more to grab onto not a slick surface.
