You probably wonder if people are enjoying watching your journey. My dream in life is to do what you are doing. Alas, due to various setbacks, I was never able to achieve this. And so watching someone so adroit and talented in presenting is the second best way I could enjoy places on Earth that I know I can no longer ever visit. Bravo sir and know that your videos bring great joy to those less fortunate than yourself.
Im thinking about setting sail in 2025 on canada/cross country bound voyage of a lifetime on 60ft yacht offering private rooms and starlink internet for work if you or anyone you know is interested for 1200 a month.
Mr. Fleming, your films give Sir David Attenborough serious competition. Although at this point in life, short of winning a sizable lottery jackpot, I’ll never be able to own one of your boats but your films make it possible for me to live vicariously through them. Thank You!😊
I always enjoy watching your videos. Really can't watch what's on TV those days, when they change shots every 10 seconds or so. Your videos is very pleasant to watch.
Yet another breathtaking addition to the collection of stunning videos. I can’t express just how much I appreciate you taking us along on your voyages. Thank you, Mr. Fleming.
Your videos are gems; sparkling, demanding halting gaze. You’re a gentleman, in the old sense, the right sense; I tip a small floral highland scotch to you, you only at sea level and playing your part with open-hearted grace and generosity.
Everything is just brilliant: the narration, filming and editing. I truly dread the day when these wonderful reflections of the Pacific Northwest end. Thank you for your efforts and sharing.
All amazing videos and comments. ( this one and the whole series of Reflections) In fact, an amazing tool as we are preparing for such a trip in 2026/27. Following and commenting on my charts as we go along with you! Thanks so much.
Tony, I want to thank you again for your beautiful and generous contributions to the quality of life of all who come across your videos. The cadence of your voice, your unique selection of marine and travel vocabulary, your keen observations, and points that educate the mind as well as instruct the heart are all well taken. I am sure that I speak for many others when I say that I am enriched and soothed as I watch and listen to your instructive stories of your Venture journeys. I want you to know that I deeply respect your work. Humbly, Sabrina Eickhoff.
9:50 You listened to our prayers and found the soundscapes of Martijn Doolard to be epic soundscapes. Now the video editing is also improved. Fantastic ❤ The following is growing.
Thank you! The only one online that shows the greatness of our earth. With nothing but stories, rarely seen views and facts about these areas you visit. You inspire me to do the same and I pray that my dream comes true - Thank you/Micke from Sweden
Thank you for the beautiful filming of one of our most beloved places on the planet! We got to meet your crew last summer is Ketchikan. We were cruising in our steel hulled sailboat Hongvi. Keep adventuring - and sharing!
Such wonderful content. To spend a summer cruising beautiful waters with awe-inspiring views has got to be the most wonderful way to enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. The silence must be golden.
MR.FLEMING YOU ARE SO POETIC!!!!...AN UP SIDE DOWN VIEW OF OUR SURROUNDINGS!!!!....I AM ALWAYS AMAZED AT YOUR COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE 😀...I LOVE THE FLEMING YACHT BRAND!!!!.
This is one of the best videos for me. Sometime after leaving Pelican, we refueled in Sitka but instead of going south along Baranof Island, we, as a commercial fishing boat, returned north and took Peril Strait into Chatham Strait. Our next stop was Warm Springs Bay across from the southern tip of Admiralty Island. At Warm Springs Bay there was just a storekeeper on a scow and I bought some candy bars, and walked up the big hot water pipes to look at a large waterfall. Our crew of 5 spent time in the cedar tubs. You were in Deep Cove which is due west of Tebenkof Bay where we set our purse seine for salmon. Though we were a much smaller boat that the big boys, we owed no allegiance to fish companies so we could sell our catch to the highest bidder, putting us every year in the top ten money makers. What really made this video good for me, is that I remembered reading in the Alaska Coast Pilot about a place where we were and I couldn't remember where it was. But then you mentioned Little Port Walters. Thanks for helping me remember my adventure of almost 60 years ago. Thank-you Tony.
I so enjoy your videos, never get tired of the ethereal beauty of the shoreline. You definitely have a way with photography and videography, and narration. Summer will be here before long, hope you and your crew have amazing adventures in store.
Because of you, you have started a love affair for me with Alaska. I have watch wonderful videos that from the “land view”. Just for me, the views from the water are the most magnificent! You have a way of capturing that beauty through video or drone footage. Thank you for sharing your passion and creativity 💕
Another excellent and inspiring video! We are currently returning south from our first adventure to SE Alaska, but are already planning for next year and Baranof Island. Thank you!
I apologies for ghosting your channel for so long. Your package of film, narrative and music is compelling and engenders an emotional response. Were your intention to sell motor yachts, I find that in sotto voce. There is more to your presentations, you have the eye and the voice of a poet in the landscape. Thank you for the opportunity to follow along. I hope it gives you some measure of return as we the viewers. Thank you.
Lovely as always. I think the sequences of mist on the mountain tops and a rushing.waterfalls are my favorite. But I have to wonder like the tree that falls in the woods, does it make any sound. Does the waters continue to flow when there is no one to watch it.
I have done this, through the San Juan's, on a little 30 ft cabin cruiser. What a joy. Also another trip on a crab boat (a 180 ft processor) from Adak to Kodiak through some 15 ft seas traveling up the Aleutian chain. Also a wonderful trip once I got past the seasick phase. I was one of the wheel watch hands which is a great place to be when sailing the sea.
Wonderful to escape. I am a weekend and vacation sailor in the UK. I think all sailors dream about exploring but few do or can. Thanks for letting us escape to those remote anchorages that we will never visit. Anyone who has sailed on the Solent will know exactly what I mean.👍
In 1989 and 1990, I dove commercially for sea cucumbers in SE Alaska. I saw places both above and below the waterline that are beautiful beyond description. I am grateful for those experiences. The Tongass National Forest is a world-class treasure that deserves every effort we can make to protect it.
Anything under 70 ft is what we look for but more in the order of 30ft is more convenient. Insects are rare on the water but can be tiresome when you get inland.
I would think finding another boat in these locations would pretty well indicate they are of like mind. I'm sure a new friendship blossomed. Question: What are the conditions and scenery like during early winter?
beautiful sights..per usual. It all looks young to me. Volatile. how much is under the sea, that has never had a foot print. Let alone what keeps standing above it.
Your videos are amazing and inspiring. It give me emotional comfort and relief from stress and strain we have every day life. Thank you. I want to sail on a wonderful voyage like you did. By the way - your recent videos have too much red color. It does not look natural. Please reduce "Hue" & "Saturation" feature in your video editor software when editing video. Anyway - we love your amazing sailing video. Thank you for making us feel good when watching your beautilly presented sailing videos.
I am thoroughly enjoying your videos. As a keen amateur photographer it would be really interesting to know about your camera gear. Please keep them coming...
Over the years I have used many different and expensive cameras. About four years ago I graduated to Panasonic Lumix GH series of cameras, However, for the past two years I have been using a #14 iPhone for 95% of all video and stills. Hard to believe but true!
I have to confess that 90% of my videos are now taken using my Model 14 Pro iPhone! The telephoto stills were taken with my GH5 sharpened with Topaz AI

what sort of depths are you typically anchoring in?
do the sandflies, midges drive you nuts or are they rare up there?
