    ✨Once diluted, the African black soap from Hera Nature can be used as is. Use it as a body wash, facial cleanser, or shampoo. You can even add oils of your liking.
    ✨DIY Black Soap Shampoo
    → HOW TO USE: Lather, then massage into scalp and along the length of your hair. Wash off thoroughly using lukewarm water. Follow up with a deep conditioner. Use occasionally, or once every other week to clarify and remove build up. Perfect for locs, oily hair/scalp, and for product build up.
    ***Timestamp 10:37 explains why this “clarifying” shampoo needs to have a high pH level. This shampoo is NOT intended for daily use. Those with sensitive scalp, dry scalp, etc., may want a milder shampoo or to use this one only once a month. Keep in mind that, dandruff from dry scalp and dandruff from oily scalp are two separate things.

    Yaya PLEASE make more videos on shampoos I’m really interested in learning how to formulate my own 😁 I’ve been trying to add more Shea butter in my hair regimen other than cause my hair loves it so much so an idea that I had was for you to make a creamy liquid Shea butter shampoo ❤️

    • @YayaDIYCreations
      @YayaDIYCreations  3 года назад +9

      Miri Lazure My goal is to keep practicing with shampoos. The more I learn, the more I will share with you all. The more oils you have in a surfactant system, the less foam/lather you will have. It will affect your cleansing agent. There are 2 and 1 shampoos that can be creamy with a lot of oils, but they are very mild as far as cleansing goes. If you are looking for a more gentle, moisturizing shampoo; then 2 in 1s may be the best option. I will look into it 😊💜

    Will that Solubilizer work with other oils, such ass sunflower seed oil, olive oil, etc? If not what would be good to use

    Loved this! Would you consider making a DIY face wash with this soap? I love all the added goodies and how they work together

      Tazmeen Mack I will look into it. I actually have two facial cleanser videos coming out really soon. Not with black soap, but the base formulation may be similar. 😊

    Is there a website or app that tells you how much ingredient should be used based on the amount made?

    Hello, came across this video and wanted to ask if sodium benzoate can be used as the preservative if I don't have access to the one you used here? Thank you

    Hi Yaya, can you use a solubiliser with all formulations? For instance, man I add some oil to a water based serum via a solubiliser?

    Love this recipe. Could you please put the percentages in your recipes for people like me that prefer to work in ounces instead of grams. lol. Its so hard to convert. Still learning grams.
