Being in my mid forties, I have now become a flashlight collector. It started when I bought a Surefire Scout light for my M4 Carbine. Then a Surefire Defender Ultra, and a Streamlight Protac HL-5X. So many great lights out there now. However, I can no longer justify the price of Surefire's.

.. you can also check out the Noctigon K1 if you're into Hank lights. Candela readings are on the website but the NM1 in green does 750k candela. I think the PM1 is the overall best though. Produces more lumens and throws just as well too. I just got two convoys with PM1s, the M2 and M21B.

THANK YOU, for adding the prices to each light.
This , in my opinion makes all the difference in the world and turns your vid into a VERY well done , informative over view of these lights.
It also shows you are responsive to your viewers a truly want to inform them.
    I have 2 of the sofirn IF22A.
This is a true pocket thrower at a great price. I am not a fan of external charging butthole ports as they allow water and dirt to shorten the lifespan of your light if it is subject to hard use outdoors and sofirn has gone all in on the butthole port on all their models now , but for the price and otherwise performance and true pocket carry size the IF22A is really hard to beat.
My next purchase will be the Acebeam L18 just for the very fact it has NO external butthole and a tailswitch on/off.
It's seams like a great light also.

Problem with the if22a it heats up very quickly.1min in turbo and drops sharply to only 20% output. On the other hand the C8G only decreases about 20% from turbo after 2min and keeps that intensity for a long period of time.

Nicely done. I have the Wurrkos TS30S. It's a great all round torch with an almost combination beam. I'm seriously impressed. I also have the Manker U22 III. Another nice long range torch that actually had some surprisingly useful spill at close range. I found that despite it having springs at both battery terminals it still loses connection if shaken. The USB cover is quite poor also and frequently pops out. Good performance though! I like the breathing location light on the switch but it seems to have fairly high parasitic drain. Also has some nice low modes. A novelty light for me that I enjoy.

Have you considered the Nitecore P20i; it's an excellent light, with a random tactical strobe and ceramic glass breaking tips embedded in the stainless steel head; it's my present EDC.
Hearing all these great stories about the Warrior X pro makes me wonder if mine was defective from the start; it has a dark yellow hot spot that looks similar to a solar eclipse when you shine it at the wall; even worse as the distances grow.

Been EDCing a SC31 pro for a year. Got the IF22A a few months ago and have been carrying the IF22 most of the time since. I have a C8G sst40 and I really like it because it is 1500 lm instant on with the tailcap switch but it's too big for front pocket carry. It's so easy to turn on without having to fumble for the button, I keep it in-between the seat and console to spotlight house addresses quickly. Personally I think the C8G throws farther side by side but it could have been my eyes. For the price you can't beat the IF22/A, SC31 pro, or SP35. Those 3 being a 21700 thrower, 18650 EDC, and 21700 EDC. Just got a Lumintop gt Nano 10440 as a new keychain light, it is very impressive. Highest on ramp mode the GT Nano is about same as IF22A on high. But when on about 20% still is very usable and holds that brightness for about an hour depending how many times you re-engage turbo playing around with it.

I've got the Wukkos TS30S and it's a beast another GREAT contender here is the Thrunite Catapult very similar to the wukkos in light output. Both are wonderful for nighttime dog walking runtime is sufficient and neither will burn your hand (if you chose the T30S make sure you DO NOT buy the TS30 it has 3 emitters a much smaller heat sink and will burn your hands in less than 45secs also it's not a thrower)

Interesting interpretation - I was hoping the Olight would benefit from versatility, but as you say, it's an all rounder but not necessarily in a good way... I've been wanting one for ages (There are a few of the Mk1 600m versions on eBay) but am now thinking that a dedicated thrower/powerbank might be more useful. The C8G is very resistent, simple to use (thats why I like it better) and has enough power for practically anything, great for work use...
