Will This $500 Mountaineer drive 2 hours home?

Andy bought this V8 Mountaineer for $500 to donate the engine and transmission. It has a bad paint job, scummy interior, no working windows, and exhaust hacked off. so we drove it 2 hours home.

The tcase in the awd models were terrible. But the 2wd versions seem to hold up well. I have 312k miles.
