Can you also make a spreadsheet for Augmentations? What buffs which crafting bench, what recipes they unlock, and maybe even the materials?
The in game icons are all placeholders, so inspect a bench tells you nothing about what is augmenting it. It also appears to tell you every augment in range, not necessarily which ones are being applied.
In general, base planning is a major pain. I want to use Realm Cards to make a realm for refining, a realm for fishing, a realm for crafting weapons, a realm for crafting tools, etc. There are minor realm cards that facilitate this, but it's so frustrating trying to find what materials I need to bring to build that base, what Augmentations I will need, etc. This need is compounded by the ridiculous loading times, heavily penalizing any time I forget 1 thing from a particular base.
Additionally, if you have an inside line on the devs, currently you almost have to build any "outposts" next to the Portal on a realm because otherwise you would have to run to it from where you spawn in. It would be nice if Fairie Rings counted as where you spawn into the realm, so we could put one in our non-Respite realms and be able to load in at our outpost.
i need a guide for specificly farming plants how to get a steady supply of them and what to do to keep them producing more then im losing

@@keenkrozzy949 Information gathered from the Google support page and The Spiffing Brit. Google states that downloads count towards your watch time. If monetized you get a split of my/other users monthly fee depending on watch time and views split between watched channels. Also downloading gives you 100% view time and a free view while costing me nothing at all besides 3 seconds of my time just need to hit play afterwards. More view time equals more potential adds making the algorithm boost the range of the video. Downside is premium views pay less but when starting out/growing range is far more important anyways. Hope I didnt butcher this too much.

Have you tried the trickster thing on your home realm? You farm high tier drops from the get go.
Don't forget to account for bound drops as well. Bound drop yew lumber (15% melee damage and 20% strength) and advanced yew lumber (25% melee damage and 30% strength), great for maximizing damage output. There's also Lacunus Metal (20% melee, 20% fire resist, 20% durability) and Advanced Lacunus Metal (same stats but 30% instead of 20). In the same breath there's Hollow Metal (7.5% critical, 40% stealth, 20% movement speed) and Advanced Hollow Metal (15% critical, 60% stealth, 30% movement speed). Bound Bristles (10% health, 10% stamina) and Advanced Bound Bristles (same stats but 20% instead of 10) also provide fiber options. Bound Ichor seems to also act like alchemic ink if you need a card in a pinch. I haven't found anything else to use it for reliably yet.
Bound ichor can be ground into spice for intermediate and advanced foods as well

From a lore POV, it makes sense for Halite to be in the desert realms since VVF intimates that the Desert Realms were once green and fertile but some time in the past baked away. The plethora of wrecked ship parts indicate that the deserts were once covered in water and therefore the salt would be concentrations of salt water than dried out. From a nature POV though normally high salt areas create salt pans rather than salt outcrops.

There's a big one missing from these tables that I've been glaring at in my inventory a day or two now, and that's lacunus. This stuff is the go-to for anything you intend to melee with. While it's not mineable (as far as I am aware) it does have a drop source, that being Bound Swordsmen.
Pellucidic is much better.
Pellucidic is a guaranteed drop from the sun giant, getting 5 each time. Adv. Lacunus does not come with crit or strength, so I'd say pellucidic is a massive upgrade, not to mention that it's much easier to get since the sun giant instantly respawns and you can watch him as long as you have a spyglass.
Thank you for putting the charts together. It will definitely save ny brain from melting when crafting. This is my first Crafting game and I really enjoy it even though it hurts to think too much in this game. I hope you can do something explaining attribute multipliers when building gear with the other resources. I made two identical refined pick axes to test charms. One enchantment was made very quickly with easily available no attribute ingredients and another identical enchantment was made with the highest material I had and was very time-consuming trying to pick the best attributes. When the enchantments were applied, the pick axes had identical stats and I was really frustrated. There are OP exploits to dramatically enhance gear but I have zero interest in exploits that the game wasn't designed for. I can only assume that physical attributes do not apply when making something like the human seals etc for charms unless it specifically says a magic attribute.
Quick tip for coal farming. If you are already far enough in the game and you are running Apex Vaults, go around destroying the barrels because they can contain a pretty good amount of coal. I have farmed pretty much all my coal that way
You missed Bronze in tier 2, which is actually the best to build melee weapons with in that tier. Its Copper and Tin alloy.

Use a Trickster-Card to get T2 fiber wood and ore, early on. i found one in a fae-chest in the first antiquitarian forrest realm i visited. i guess it is a bit of luck but if you find one you should use it.
I don't want to spoil anything but i promise you won't be disappointed.
It's worth mentioning that for Melee builds, the T1 Fabled Beezleboar gives 5% melee damage and seems to be the only hide that gives melee damage.

It is one of the materials used to craft the "Prodigious Healing Potion." However, I have looked in many places and have not found it. Could you please tell us how to obtain this mineral?

Early game mats you can Buy water battle for 10 dust and break it down for 40... spam this then you can get a nest egg of dust to repair and buy basic starting mats for building stuff and making ammo.
The ingame information sheets do show what biomes u can find each material in btw :P
Not where though, so you can search forever for coal if you dont know where it is :D

I'm not sure if cotton is something you can farm, but been getting a lot of found cloth made of cotton, so if you find that, that is probably the best for near end game.

Ty for the videos. The real question is a way to manage your items - is there a way to connect your containers to crafting stations? Is there away to 'quick stack' items to nearest contaienrs? Items managament is a biggest drawback for me rn
Connecting your containers to crafting stations is not an option. I place the trunks nearby so I only swivel around to get the item. There is no quick stack to nearest containers yet.

I think if you are on a low level and want to farm a bit of the higher stuff i play the trickster card and then farm ores and rocks for t2 Fibre and kill mobs for ores
So for solo players what progression would you choose to be tankie thru the game. I'm playing solo n suck at blocking...lol also do the recruits matter? Should I get rid of the one I have in exchange for one in a higher realm?
I play almost exclusively with rifle and axe for high melee/ranged and crit dmg ^^

You will probably have to DM the developers. Just the amount of work he did is staggering, for no real income. You could do it for us.

I think it's important to mention that iron is *nowhere* near the "top" for melee builds.
Pellucidic Ingots give
30% melee
10% critical damage
30% strength
20% durability
and are by a far marigin easier to farm than any ore, because as long as you have a pursuit + tier 4 swamp wood gun (without even doing the exploit to stack ingot stats) you can literally 1-2 shot the sun giant on Desert Hunt for 5 iron, 5 pellucidic, and 5 cut ambers each time you kill him. He also instantly respawns and as long as you're using the spyglass you can see where he respawns everytime
It's also worth mentioning that if you wanna make *abysmal* rifles that don't utilize the exploit
you can use Einaidia which comes with
30% ranged
50% stealth rating
20% movement speed
20% durability
which comes from the level 230 ores from the forest that are on those giant floating rock formations.

Potato, tomato, onion and wheat grows by the swamp giant lady you talk to for the guest. She has 3 crop plots right behind her. Coffee I got as a quest reward.

I'm still trying to actually figure out how to build a pick axe high enough so I can even farm these! LoL.. Can't figure out what I need to get over 40 yet.
No stones? Can't seem to find granite and marble. It becomes important for some clothing items and even tools when they require cut gems and those stones made into stonepower transfer its stats aswell.
I am finding T3 and T4 woods and fibers, but still only T2 hides / chitins. Is there a T3 leather raw material, and if so where can I find it?
You can find T5 (yellow) wood and fiber as well in level 100+ realms but that's pretty rare. To find T3 leathers you need to go to the level 220 realms (hardest difficulty while creating a realm. Maybe hard realms that are level 160 can give T3 too I didn't test).

I get T3 animal stuff in ascended realms. 160 area also T4-5 wood and fibers
the in game glossary tells you where to find all ores and what level realm
It fails to tell you where exactly or what stats they come with so you won't know if they're worth farming for in the first place
That's why I decided to spend a couple days to document them to the fullest

Prob the last thing u need is a study on what gear accepts what bonuses from the mats used
AFAIK the gear will take whatever bonuses the *Allowed* metal/gem has. But how do you know which metal/gem is allowed?
When you are adding two or more ingredients together before finalizing the combination, click on the icon of one of the ingredients and you will get a drop down list of items on your person that also qualify in making that item AND if you just hover over the other items in that list you can see how your bonuses change, either up or down. Choose accordingly.
There is no one size fits all mould.
@@SpaceCadet4Jesus I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean, but then I can’t check it right now. I will further elucidate how I see it.
Take for example forest fiber, this has a weight bonus stat. If you make a top with this, you will see that the weight stat gets lost. If I’m not mistaken the weight stat is however used when you use it for a backpack.
Similar things occur for speed bonuses, I believe those will apply to boots for example.
The material (form) being used is allowed by the crafting station, but the weight buff will be lost on the top.
This is what I was referring to. It seems to me you’re referring to the form of the material, such as leather, cloth and the like?
@@benwil6048 Have you checked your weight capacity with and without wearing the top? I have a weight capacity of 140 so I tested the capacity against enough rocks and wood until it was at 955 and I could still move.... Like molasses in Winter though. I would have tested it further but I was cold, it became night and a group of baddies was headed my way.
I'll have to test it the way that you explain next time.
@adet4Jesus I have 248 carryweight, it seems my top only has carryweight from infusion though so may have remembered wrongly but my backback has a carry weight stat of 198, it is infused with reduced weight & carry weight buff.
I'm currently trying to gather enough higher tier forest fibers to be able to craft an upgrade but it's taking a while because I mostly find the t2 or t4 which I can't harvest yet.
It seems each gear piece and type has different inherent stats and so it only takes the stats from the material that it already has. So the jackets only take resistances etc
Mats goes up to Tier 5 tho. :p

Any 'Gloom' tier map has a chance for the essence traders or bastilles to have them as a recipe reward.
So Desert, Forest, Swamp + Gloom card.
Mine was found in Desert Gloom.

ascended anything, just B-line it for any caves/underground structures. Aside from the special desert gems, they're the only gems that take 230 mining power to harvest

@@leloki13 if you're after the melee damage, make sure you use schist (lvl 40 swamp rocks) to squeeze in that extra melee dmg

Wouldn't know as I still live in a stone/wood shack xD One day I've done enough farming I'll have the best blueprints for base building and will worry about that hehe

I definitely did, but they cannot be mined, gathered or skinned which is what I focused on with this guide. Covering EVERY resource in the game would take forever :p
@@04AMofficial this is so true, atm I have my respite in the desert since I have the portals unlocked to hunt, I changed my minor card from thinned veil to Blood Moon which allows me to just wander around and find the advanced bound fibers, and such the metals I am trying to figure out a method for farming the ingots, lacanus is too easy but the advanced rarely drops and I am searching for a method to farm advanced lacanus and bombadier ingots those are the worst for rng drop rates.

Supposedly there's granite, slate and marble in the game. now, granite is sold by a lot of traders, although I couldn't find where to farm it... but I haven't been able to find any source for marble or slate at all.

play the trickster card in your abeyance realm and you'll get top tier ore wood and fiber. animals for ore, rocks for wood and ore for fibers.
They are decent, but not at all top tier and very random :D

could you make an ultimate guide on minor realm card, what they really do and what the limitation, i.e. settler card increase refining result, what item that affected and what not. because game did poor job on explaining this.
All wood and fiber that drops for me in all realms is just "crude". Not desert, forest, swamp. Anyone else encountering this?
Farm the LVL 10, 40 and 100 wood as shared in the video, not the regular ones (Special colored trees)
Run around with skinning knife and get familiar with levels. 0 crude, 10 swamp, etc. Works with everything.
@braintown1254 I'm familiar with all of that (except for this apprently). I'm currently at herbarium realms and despite cutting down trees and cutting fiber in every realm I go to have literally never encountered wood or fiber that has a level requirement this entire playthrough.
@@d.barrett578 There is often small groves of the higher tier resources when you find them like 04AM said: the colours give them away. In the swamp they're pink, blue and green correlative with the tiered essence. In the forest there are bunches of white trees with varied spruce looking trees at different levels and the desert has small little wooded groves that have all the colours again.
@@Mr.Brownie2000 I think I haven't noticed them despite being so deep in the game becauee I use minor cards on all my realms so all trees are crazy colors, making it so the groves never stood out much.

I didnt miss em, I said this guide was to get you ready for the endgame and covers stuff up to 100 ^^ the endgame guide might come later, this was already plenty to cover!
Just wait till you figure out how to make custom ingots ^_^ no content creators have figured it out yet.
Reclaimed ingots are decent but heavy on the resources
Did you ever use a minor card called "Harvesters Workshop" or "Combatants Workshop"?
I am curious about the Effects the crafted tools get and if they are limited to tools or apply also to crafted weapons ...
Harvester: +3 efficiency, -2 to weight, +2 to damage
Combatants: damage ++
Couldnt find any explanation on the internet that would statisfy me.

Read a bit more and realized the minor card "Forged" should be played when crafting metalic weapons.
Also buffs ore yield while farming.
You completely missed bronze.
